Everything great staff great area for the kids and are room was huge we had a blast

The pool was great and the breakfast was great as well.
Our room had sewage water all over it and we had to move to a different room.
The pool area was well kept and great entertainment for our kids.
Our room was very musty when we entered, but I thought it was just due to it being an older hotel. After a couple days our carpet was soaked. Turned out that there was a water leak that finally got bad enough for us to see the water in our room. They were nice and gave us a new room.
Bed was comfortable, nice place, pools were great. Would totally stay again
The breakfast was wonderful and the room was big.
The pool area was nice and a lot of seating. There was a lot of room in the breakfast area. The king suite was spacious and had room for our family.
There was dirty rags in our room the minute we checked in. We also found socks in the corner behind a chair. There was a lot of cobwebs in our room. The map on the door had either blood or feces smeared on it. We found a room key that was not ours on the shelf in our closet. The sofa bed did not have a sheet on it and was covered in pee stains and other stains. We also found some other type of stuff on the carpet under the side table. No idea what it was.
Pool along with the floating toys in the pool, the rooms were clean, nice size tv, very good breakfast!
Also we got in late, so it was so nice to be able to eat at the restaurant/bar located in the hotel!

Just push the button and in a couple minutes you have light fluffy pancakes with no mess.
Plenty of parking and lots of trees in the lot for shade.
Housekeeping did not come to our room to clean and replace the towels.

The pool, for the short time it was working was nice. Closed most of the time for unknown reasons.
Dirty, smelly, unkempt. Rooms not cleaned nor restocked. 1 bar of soap to share between sink, in the room, and the shower. 2 towels for 4 people. Room service would bring more towels to your room at request. Pool towels have to be picked up at the front desk only and far from the pool area. Very noisy air conditioning .
Poor signage in a complicated design.
For the price point I expected more. I will not stay at any Best Western after this stay. Horrible hotel.
