The location was next to the interstate and only 10 minutes from the Falls and downtown.
The outdoor pool was great, nobody else had one!
The room was nice and the bed comfy.
The pancake machine at the breakfast buffet was awesome!
Just push the button and in a couple minutes you have light fluffy pancakes with no mess.
Plenty of parking and lots of trees in the lot for shade.
Housekeeping did not come to our room to clean and replace the towels.
I had to grab towels from a cleaning cart in the hall.
The shower provided warm but not hot water.

The pool, for the short time it was working was nice. Closed most of the time for unknown reasons.
Dirty, smelly, unkempt. Rooms not cleaned nor restocked. 1 bar of soap to share between sink, in the room, and the shower. 2 towels for 4 people. Room service would bring more towels to your room at request. Pool towels have to be picked up at the front desk only and far from the pool area. Very noisy air conditioning .
Poor signage in a complicated design.
For the price point I expected more. I will not stay at any Best Western after this stay. Horrible hotel.

Late evening/night there was a terrible disturbance with another male guest and his child. Very much noise, lack of parental control. Lack of respect for the other guests. At one point it sounded like he got into an altercation with another guest who had complained. I had gone back to sleep, and then heard arguing between staff? law enforcement? and the guest involved? Anyway, it was so disruptive for two or three hours, if not more. Then the storm came, It started with a HUGE boom, thunder, which I thought was an action related to the earlier incident with the agitated guest. However, it was quickly following by more of the strong storm, which couldn't be helped. But when checking out in the morning, I heard there was a lot of water damage and noticed that flashing lights in the fire alarms. I never had been alerted or heard an alarm.
The night staff were willing to assist me in fixing a mistake I made when booking.
The room description I booked stated it was a 3 bedroom suite when in fact it was a two bedroom 3 bed suite.
Well maintained property grandson loved the pool activities. Comfortable beds no complaints we’ll return again someday

Great location
We had no hot water. Staff only offered half off of one days rate. We had no hot water for Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.
The kids really enjoyed swimming and the space to wear off some energy.
We came to Sioux Falls for a bridal shower and some fun down time for the kids in between. After swimming all wkd, we had zero access to hot water to shower the entire weekend, I also had no working electrical outlets in the bathroom to curl our hair, I had to plug in my iron in the main area with no mirrors to use.
The pool was great for our son. That was the only positive about our stay.
Our room was wrong twice. They did not have the room that we booked for. I was still charged the same amount for the wrong room. We were supposed to have a king room with pull out couch. We ended up having to go buy a traveling toddler bed for our son because they didn’t have the right room available.
