Pros:

We had the bed and breakfast package it's really worth overall value. It's unbeatable West End location, friendly customer service from the receptions and restuarant staffs. I'll choose this hotel again if i've had a chance to visit Vancouver in the future.

Cons:

Parking fee 27 CAD.

Tolle Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Allerdings muss man diese Lage auch recht teuer bezahlen.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der English Bay ist einerseits toll, da man vieles direkt vom Hotel aus zu Fuß erkunden kann, andererseits ist es gerade am Wochenende wahnsinnig voll und auch entsprechen laut.. Frühstück war bei uns inkludiert und wurde in einem Restaurant / Bar mit dirktem Zugang vom Hotelangeboten. Es standen mehrere Varianten zur Auswahl. Hier haben wir auch manchmal den Abend bei einem Getränk ausklingen lassen.

Cons:

Lautstärke und Menschenmassen (am Wochenende). Eher unpersönliche Atmosphäre im Hotel

You don't want to stay here.
Pros:

the beds were comfortable - bathroom was OK - breakfast was good - waiter was very good.

Cons:

for a large property there was not a lobby except for the check-in desk - like a motel - construction in front of the lobby made it feel creepy - retail in front was either out of business or closed - breakfast served in a dark appointed bar area - loud music was playing - asked waiter to turn down music, he did but it was only a few minutes before the music was turned back up - food was good, could order off the menu - service was very good even though he was having to serve too many people at one time. The money we paid for the room as Best Western members, with worn-out carpet that seemed 100 years old, on the second floor with no view except for individuals hanging out on the streets until well after midnight is highway robbery! Would not stay here again.

Very Comfortable hotel, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars
Pros:

Enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast. Nespresso machines in the room a nice touch.
Great choice for access to Stanley Park and its beaches

Cons:

Too Far to walk to Downtown or Canada Wharf. Vancouver is an expensive city for accommodation.

Mice infestation
Pros:

Up until our last day we’d have a good time at this hotel. We found on our last night that there was a mouse under one of the beds which then ran behind the tv unit. When we told the reception they didn’t seem that surprised to hear this, reading other recent reviews of this hotel made us understand why. We were moved to another room on another floor, but did hear the scratching of more mice in the wall in the bay window during the night. It was our last night so we didn’t sleep as soundly as we’d hoped and hurriedly packed and checked out early the next morning. Avoid.
