A true gem, staff are amazing, excellent location, beautiful and clean.
Pros:

It is surprisingly quiet, just off the main road with easy access to so many city features. Close enough to “downtown” yet far enough from the busyness of needed.

Cons:

There is nothing. Looking forward to an amazing hot included breakfast tomorrow.

Overall, I had a peaceful and relaxing time there being close to everything I wanted to do.
Pros:

The staffs were friendly and accommodating to me and my dog choosing a room that's more accessible to the stairs also dog friendly with all the floors instead of carpet.

Cons:

There was no shampoo or conditioner left in my unit. I should have let the staffs know about it before I showered but it was already too late. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

Not for business travellers
Pros:

The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I was surprised that there are no vegetables served at breakfasts and the breakfasts are very American oriented - you either have scrambled eggs and meat or waffles/pancakes/cereal. I'm used to far more varied breakfast offer in other BW hotels - vegetables and some items for sandwiches at least. Other BW hotels in this standard offer local cold meats, cheeses, fish etc. It is moren of an upgraded motel than a hotel actually.

Amazing!!!
Pros:

Was clean, walking distance to a lot of places, sky train the mall. Staff were great, free breakfast was good. Security staff at night were great too. We enjoy staying here whenever we have to go to Vancouver!

Le pdj était très bien, le personnel sympa et souriant.

Cons:

La seule chose à reprocher est le bruit. Malgré le double vitrage, la bonne isolation des murs....Le bruit était très présent. Il y avait pourtant une énorme différence entre l'intérieur de l'hôtel et l'extérieur mais...très bruyant.
