Travelodge by Wyndham Rapid City

Room was in bad repair and door quality was terrible. Air conditioning was poor and super loud, bathroom door couldn't fully close. Shower was dirty

Not clean, hair and dust on floor, toothpaste left in sink. AC covered in dust and spider webs, tried to turn it on and the cover of the AC fell off. Bathroom dirty and rotten floor trim. Pulled the shower curtain back and red bugs fell off of it, went to use a hand towel and more bugs. Immediately checked the beds, and more bugs matching images for bed bugs.

Not friendly I tried to cancel the request due to dirtiest place and they reject and shady

BED BUGS!!!!!! This location has an issue with blood sucking parasites. I was in the room less than 1 hour and I saw a bed bug crawling on the sheets, took a video, then showed the staff member at the front office. She responded it wasn't / could not be a bed bug since "this hotel treats for pests monthly". She reported I would have to talk to booking.com where I made the reservation to resolve this issue (I wanted a refund). I left the hotel immediately. I've unfortunately been bit up by bed bugs before so I do know what they look like. Please see attached photos. On a side note, upon entering the room, I did kill a cockroach in the bathroom and noticed the floors were pretty dirty, but it's a budget motel so I understand you get what you pay for. However, I cannot stay at any place with bed bugs. I didn't want another room since hotels with bed bugs in one room often have them in other rooms. It's unfortunate the staff did not honor my request for a refund when I asked.

Strange set up for a hotel. It is actually 3 separate buildings built on a hill. One pillow had black hair on it. Definitely outdated. The guy in the room in the building facing ours smoked pot half the night so couldn't go outside without smelling it. Woke up in the morning and there was a guy asleep in his pickup in the parking lot. Overall it was an ok place for a 1 night stay on our way to yellowstone but for what you got I thought it was a little overpriced.

BATHROOM WALLS AND WINDOW WAS VWERY DIRTY

Clean up the hotel and answer the phone and messages. If you are a hotel you should only house tempory guest not have folks living there permanently.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures displayed on the website. The hotel is very old and in disrepair. The room was dirty. The shower didn’t work. One tiny trash can in the room and no trash can in the bathroom. No housekeeping during our three night stay.

Cleaning

The bathroom didn't flush when we arrived to the room at 7pm. We had to wait 2 hours for the manager to arrive and give us other room. The main office lady was very rude when I told her about the bathroom and told me I had to stay there. I got really mad and told her I won't stay in a room with a clogged toilet. She sent someone to add a kind of liquid to the toilet to fix the problem. The bathroom was clogged and we decided to wait to the manager and he gave us another room

The room we got wasn’t the same as what was described in the booking booking

Leider alles im sehr schlechten Zustand, bis auf das Bett und Fernseher.
Wirkt alles sehr ungepflegt.
Und dafür sehr teuer!
