An early check-in at 07:00 or late check-out at 19:00 can be requested at a cost of 50% of the room rate.

Please note that parking has limited spaces and it cannot be reserved. Places are assigned according to arrival. Parking next to the hotel is also available.

Please note the based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.

Our property is now pet friendly, and we welcome pets weighing up to 8 kilograms, allowing one dog per apartment. An additional fee of 20 USD per day applies per pet, with a maximum weight limit of 8 kilograms. Pets must remain under supervision or on a leash at all times in designated areas, and they cannot be left unattended inside the apartment under any circumstances.

Pros:

The staff were lovely, was a very big apartment, centrally located

Cons:

The laundry room does not include a washing machine or dryer. The traffic can be a bit loud at night but it is a great location so can't be helped.

Nice, large apartment. A bit dated though
Pros:

Nice location. Good neighbourhood. Spacious for a family of four. Good breakfast. Apartment didn’t give a great first impression but it grew on us. Good for an extended stay. Safe. Great staff.

Cons:

A little pricey compared to value for money. Maybe about $30 USD cheaper it should be. The curtains didn’t roll up all the way. Apartment was a bit dated.

Excelente hospedagem
Pros:

Instalacoes confortáveis e muito espaçosas. Um verdadeiro apartamento, com sala, 2 quartos e 2 banheiros. Tinha aquecimento e chuveiro bons! A região do entorno é muito bonita e tem restaurantes próximos. O café da manhã tem opções de frutas, ovos mexidos, pães. Um dos guardas da noite nos deu boas dicas de onde comer. Infelizmente, nao lembro o nome dele.

Cons:

Única parte que achamos ruim foi nao poder controlar o aquecedor.

Pros:

Excellent rooms! Out standing service from everyone. Great location.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t good.
Buenos Aires is famous for its coffee and pastries and the breakfast at the hotel was mediocre at best

Loved it!
Pros:

The location is excellent. The apartments were clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a perfect combination of an Air B&B and a hotel. I highly recommend it!

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it wasn’t awful

Complete privacy given and comfy place
Pros:

I was truly impressed with the privacy and intimacy of this hotel, it is more like a residential building. Their lobby has very nice setting and welcoming. There is a backyard with seatings and greens around, I believe all units, each of them has a very nice balconies (I believe) to get some fresh air and enjoying the view of the city. I myself got lucky to get a bigger unit than the one I reserved.
Also, I believe all bookings offering breakfast included. It is nice breakfast, very good selection of pasties, fruits, juice and there may be some cereals, but I did not pay much attention to it so I am not 100% sure. It was good for having hot milk for our coffee as I prefer my coffee hot. They also had scrambled eggs, ham and cheese, sliced tomatoes, etc.
I totally enjoyed staying at this property, if I come back to Buenos Aires, I will reserve their hotel again.

Cons:

It is not quite a big issue, but I suppose I should mention this but the second Card key we received had never worked. My roommate felt disappointed it. Good thing was that I was in room when she came back from outside and to get back in.
