Me gustó mucho la limpieza y el olor además de lo tranquilo y acogedor
Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand und man ist in ca 20 Minuten in New Orleans. Sichere Gegend es gibt gleich um die Ecke Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale zum essen gehen.
Ist zwar nur eine Kleinigkeit da alle Klimaanlagen in den Gang rausgingen war dieser sehr aufgeheitzt.

The property was so clean the room was very clean omg everything was so beautiful everything was so nice and clean i decided to stay a extra few nights it was my husband birthday weekend we enjoy the bar the staff was very friendly and also up on check in I was giving a room that I didn’t really care for whitch was the beds not comfortable squeaky and the younger guy he help me switch to a better room the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean omg the house keeper was very nice and I giving one of the house keeper a tip she clean the room so spotless I had to tip her I would stay at this time property again and again
I did not like the rooms that I was giving up on arrival whitch was the bed the squeaky noise

We absolutely loved our stay at Best Western! Honestly, the pictures of this hotel do not do it justice—it’s even better in person! From the moment we arrived, we had such a great experience and ended up loving it so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Extending our stay was completely hassle-free!
The hot, fresh breakfast every morning was a perfect way to start the day (or end a long night). After spending time exploring New Orleans, the amazing pool was perfect for cooling off during those hot Louisiana days, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed after walking around the city all day.
We also really enjoyed the bar that opens in the afternoon—the bartender was fantastic and made the experience even better! There were also convenient vending machines and a snack bar at the front desk, which came in handy. The complimentary cookies were such a nice touch, and having a Keurig coffee maker right in our room was another bonus!
The hotel itself was quiet, comfortable, and felt very safe. The location was also incredibly convenient, with plenty of shopping centers and malls nearby and the French Quarter only about 15 minutes away.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in a great location with so many thoughtful amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the New Orleans area!
Not much I can say about what I didn’t like. The hallways and elevators were kind of hot but it’s to be expected in 100+ degree weather

Everything was great with the exception that it was impossible to swim or use the hot tub. Kids had it pretty much full the entire time. Also both ice machines on the lower level remained empty for the entire visit.
Received room overlooking the pool as requested. Loved the lighting - especially the indirect lighting over the bed. The room overall was clean and comfortable.
We had to relocate to another room due to the AC not cooling the room.
Front desk was very helpful.
