Hated it and disgusting will never stay again

The smell was disgusting. Our room smelled like urine and mildew it was totally disgusting. We complained and nothing was done. Didn’t offer to change our rooms or offer compensation. We had to buy air fresheners and it still didn’t help

The hotel is in great shape.
Pros:

Being indoors to go to your room, security was very good, and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Cons:

No pamphlets to give you a guide for TV channels. Not a big deal, but for elderly that are “technically challenged “, takes unnecessary time to figure out.

Pros:

Our 1st time staying at that location was great so we came back.

Cons:

This was our 3rd stay at this location. The last two times we were in the same exact room which had a horrible view since we were right across from the elevator. Room 244. On our 2nd stay the TV remote didn't work and the cleaning staff just opened our door without any warning around 9-9:30. The 3rd time one of the outlets by the bed didnt work and AGAIN the cleaning staff came into our room without warning. A text message from the hotel indicates that room service will not be given unless it is requested.
