La terrasse de la salle de petit déjeuner était top avec une très belle vue cependant très peu de table

Cons:

la chambre etait bien , la literie était un peu médiocre de meme que les équipements de la chambre, un peu vétuste. Il faudrait rafraichir

État de la chambre à notre arrivée, frigo fuyard et abattant des WC cassé qui auraient dû être remplacés avant notre arrivée. Point qui aurait dû être traité lors du ménage

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le lac Powell, Glen Canyon, Horseshoe bend, Antilope Canyon. La vue depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel, la piscine et certaines chambres est très belle, avec très beau coucher de soleil.
Le personnel est super. A notre arrivee, nous avons été "upgradé" dans une chambre vue sur lac, en avance en fin de matinée grâce à la proposition de la personne à l'accueil du fait d'être membre BWH. Très agréable !
Le petit déjeuner est très bien, avec possibilité de se faire des Gaufres.
La terrasse avec table haute ou salon avec fauteuils bas est accessible à tous, ainsi que des tables, fauteuils dans le Hall qui donne aussi sur la terrasse. Accès à ordinateur et imprimante dans le Hall d'entrée.
Possibilité de recharger nos gourdes en eau dans le hall

Cons:

Seuls les matelas des lits étaient trop mous pour nous, à changer bientôt.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das ganze Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Schöne Terrasse und guter Pool. Parkplätze gratis.
