Beautiful view, lovely pool.
Perfect location for the things we wanted to see such as 'The horseshoe'.
We only stayed for one night so this was a great hotel to stop over at.
Bathroom needs an upgrade, looking tired.
La staff davvero cordiale e disponibile mi hanno aiutato quando ho avuto bisogno per un’attività che avevo! Posizione ottima, camera spaziosa, possibilità di usufruire della piscina e delle aree esterne per consumare il nostro cibo!
Non andava l’ascensore e per due giorni mio figlio con parziale disabilità ha dovuto con difficoltà fare le scale e non erano preoccupati che non andasse l’ascensore e non sapevano quando sarebbe stato aggiustato! Camera poco pulita, letti mal fatti durante la notte ci ritrovavamo arrotolati al lenzuolo sotto perché troppo piccolo per il materasso.
La colazione e la mancanza di cassetta di sicurezza in camera . Inoltre manca il doccia schiuma e la crema corpo in bagno

Refrigerateur qui fuyait et abattant cassé, cependant le personnel a été réactif et a procédé au remplacement de l'abattant et du frigo
Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter Antelope canyon et horseshoe bend.
La terrasse avec vue est très agréable.
Grande et belle chambre, literie confortable.
Sol et salle de bain un peu défraîchi, avec un odeur de remontée d’ égout dans cette dernière.
Comme beaucoup d'hôtel aux USA, manque une douchette de douche..
Colazione buona, ma per esempio non era possibile scaldare il latte.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con accesso disabili con vista Lago. Dalla camera, che in effetti si trova sul lato dell'albergo che affaccia sulla valle esul lago, si poteva vedere quasi solamente un grosso albero piantato esattamente di sfronte alla finestra. La nostra camera era quindi l'unica dal lato "giusto" ma che non godeva della vista promessa nella prenotazione. Allego foto
