Not happy
Pros:

It was clean and the bed was good

Cons:

I waited at the post F3 like I was advised. The shuttle did not stop there and drove right by myself and another lady. When they did come back again they stopped at F1. If this was protical we were not advised. Also I asked for a wake up call at 5am but did not receive a call at all. Since I had checked in at 2:30am of the same day I was exhausted. and was promised a wake up call by the desk clerk. So for a $196 to stay for 3 hours and not 1 requirement was met I was not happy at all.

Pros:

Trés mauvais équipement très vieux radiateurs ou climatiseur qui soufflait toute la nuit chaque 15min en faisant un énorme bruit..Des lits doubles au lieu de queen et non confortable ca bouge à chaque fois je me tourne!!

Good option for staying near airport
Pros:

Room was good, comfortable and easy to get to the airport the next day with the free shuttle

Pros:

Limpio, ordenado, la cama era muy cómoda! El autobús que te lleva del hotel al aeropuerto de manera gratuita era simplemente genial! Del mismo aeropuerto salen autobuses que te llevan a las cataratas del niagara. Todo en Canadá salió excelente, gracias a Dios!!

Pros:

Had two rooms, on request the rooms were next to eachother. Turned out the restaurant in the hotel had good enough food, Airport shuttle was invaluable

Cons:

One side of the bed, the lights and plug were not working.... didn't manage to tell the hotel, as we were late for the airport shuttle....

Solo traveler, stayed for 4 nights
Pros:

Bed is comfortable, pillows and sheets very comfortable and clean, room is spacious, aircon works well.

Cons:

I wish they provide a proper cup and teaspoons for tea/coffees in the room and not disposable cups
