Better Options Out There
Pros:

Our room was not ready even though we arrived half an hour after check in. I had a business call to make and staff directed me to the restaurant as there was no where to make a private call. We asked for compensation and were given a small bag of snacks. Once we got into our room, it was small, did not smell fresh, there were dust bunnies under the cabinets, the pillows smelled old, and the toilet was not clean. There were no face cloths in the bathroom. The 30.00 parking was the icing on the cake. I would never stay here again. With so many hotel options at the airport, I would not recommend this hotel. We have had great experiences at The Westin and Sandman.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating.
Pros:

The location was convenient, but unfortunately there was nothing else I liked about this hotel.

Cons:

The hotel was extremely dirty. Housekeeping did not clean the room during my stay, the toilet was very dirty, and the bed sheets were never changed. This is not the level of cleanliness or service I expect from a 4-star hotel. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their housekeeping standards.

Pros:

The staff was awesome.
For the most part the in house restaurant was good.

Cons:

I ordered the 8oz striploin medium rare, it was well done. This is not acceptable.
The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose and the sink was clogged.
I report to the front desk and both issues were resolved. This should never have happened.
