Great staff noice level not comfortable and view was awful
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Really comfortable and great breakfasts
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable beds and good sized bedrooms.I Liked having a swimming pool and my husband liked watching the airplanes from the bedroom window. Great tasty breakfasts. So all good.

Personal muy amable tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante. Desayuno bueno y abundante

Cons:

Hubiera preferido una planta más alta para tener buenas vistas. No obstante, en la segunda planta no se oía ni un sólo avión y pasaban muy cerca del hotel.

Pros:

O quarto era espaçoso e a cama confortável. O shuttle que liga o hotel ao aeroporto funcionou sempre muito bem. Usamos este shuttlee para chegar ao aeroporto e depois apanhar o comboio UP para o centro da cidade. Nunca foi preciso esperar muito tempo.

Cons:

O chuveiro é fixo e regular a temperatura da água obrigou a uma gasto de água desnecessário, o que me incomodou.
O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor.

Pros:

It has all the amenities, friendly staff and overall a good hotel for a night if you have a layover since it's very near from the airport and there's a shuttle taking you there every 30 minutes.

Cons:

Breakfast was included but meh. The lighting in the room was very bright, cold lighting.

Cons:

The service of this hotel is 0 stars because in my room there weren’t enough towels so I called the room service and they didn’t answer then I went to the main desk to tell them and still no one came with towels. when I was checking out I told this to the receptionist and she simply apologized with no compensation for waste of time and their lack of service. In plus they didn’t even have shampoo in the bathroom. In short I would not recommend this place to anyone at all
