When booking five or more rooms, group terms and conditions are applied to your reservation. A 10% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking and full payment and rooming list are required six weeks prior to your arrival. These terms replace any other booking policies agreed with online travel agents. Pets are welcome in designated pet friendly bedrooms and dining spaces at a charge of £15 per pet per night.

Couldn’t find a toilet brush in the bathroom, or a socket to charge my tooth brush
The entrance to the care park was very poorly signed, coming from the town centre, so that I had shot past it before I could see that that was the way in.
The car parking spaces were not big enough for the cars of many of your clients.

Heating on too high
Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was very nice overall.
The only thing that let the hotel down was that there was only one lift and it was very slow. Should have more than just the one for a place that size

Great garden and it's position gave good access to Ripon Town and Fountains Abbey
Central location and dog friendly spaces inside and out. Will definitely stay here next time or try to find another Inn in a different location.
This was a late booking because the Pink House Ripon cancelled us as very short notice…..their fault. So, lovely building and fab room and ensuite. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating.
Some food could have been better ie cheeseboard….less than half ounce of three ordinary rubbery cheese (no Wensleydale or Yorkshire cheese?) no chutney, and the weeniest, tiny half slice of apple like a piece of peel. An insult at £13.
This Inn was spacious, great decor, great atmosphere, bedrooms & ensuite facilities great too.
Breakfast buffet style, all freshly cooked & ample of everything.

we had a lovely room with a view of the grounds. The staff were informative and friendly
our ensuite was tiny,obviously not something that is easily changed but it was not comfortable when using the toilet as you banged your knees and head on the wall, as evident by all the touch up patches on the paint work.

3 allergies notified when booking,and at reception. Told no problem. Only 1 item on the menu available. Soya, mustard and vinegar allergies

Very limited choice of drinks that did not contain sweetners. Cannot have them due to medical reasons.
