A 10% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking and full payment and rooming list are required six weeks prior to your arrival. These terms replace any other booking policies agreed with online travel agents. Pets are welcome in designated pet friendly bedrooms and dining spaces at a charge of £15 per pet per night.

It was good enough for us to consider returning another time
Pros:

Comfortable room with lovely view of the gardens. Location was great for getting into the town centre. Good menu for the evening meal which we both enjoyed alfresco.

Cons:

At breakfast, we both tried the full english, but were a little disappointed. There were no boiled eggs, just fried and scrambled. Also there was no mustard available, which I consider a must with black pudding and sausages.

It was expensive, and incredibly hot in the room so we barely slept.

Pros:

Clean hotel, great bar & restaurant with very good food. Friendly & helpful staff.

Only drawback was no air con in room but they did provide a fan.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable room and hotel generally

Cons:

Room and bathroom especially very hot. Could not open windows to cool the room. Other residents must have sat on side off bed making mattress soft on the side, easily rolled off the bed

Better than expected, pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Great hotel and fabulous garden. The room was great would have been better with a mini fridge to store milk, fruit etc

Mostly good apart from the hot room.
Pros:

We ordered a very early breakfast which was fine. Also a quiet room., also met.

Cons:

The room was unbearably hot, the windows only opened a crack. Neither of us was able to sleep. There was an inadequate fan.

Gorgeous Ripon venue.
Pros:

Staff,location,quality of the food,beautiful grounds!.. huge.
Very comfortable room overlooking the gardens.
Price,we got a good deal.

Cons:

Not much really...the odd smoker outside on the terrace being selfish,and disrespectful to people eating their meals outside.
Twas a HOT day.

Not happy 😒.
Pros:

No aircon in the room, couldn't sleep all night too hot, there was a unstable floor fan,but did not work very well I was charged £159 for 1 night no breakfast included , my friends paid 135 for there room.
