The room smelled musty, bed had divots in it.

Ì didn't like how I had to wait for hours for a room that was already clean and they kept saying that it had to be clean and that the toilet then the other room that was also empty something about the carpet which none of was true they was both empty and then how THE staff Ali tells people that he is the manger and tell me about smoking when everyone smokes outside there room are in there doorway and in there rooms but I'm respectful if that's the case enforce the rules for all me and my family pay lots of money just as well as others and we never caused any problems are be disrespectful to none of the staff and then the housing gives one roll of tissue and one wash cloth for four to a double bed i try not to give bad reviews but it's not always the customer's hat give bad energy sometimes it be the employees with bad energy all i ask is treat me and my family like you want to be treated we never have had no police here no fights cussed out the staff are any of that we love it here

Eine Schande für den Namen Best Western und dann auch noch BW Plus! Auf unserer Reise bislang von 9 Hotels das Schlechteste. Beim Klositz löst sich die Beschichtung auf. Die Seife war alle. In der Dusche kam aus dem Badewannenhahn meht Wasser als aus dem Duschkopf. Diverse Zimmerecken waren dreckig. In unserem Zimmer stank es nach Rauch.

Die Raumgröße war zu klein für die Möbel, man musste sich zwischen Bett und Fernsehr hindurchquetschen um ins Badezimmer zu kommen.

Aber das Schlimmste war das Frühstück: Hier wurde das angepriesene Buffet durch 2 Mitarbeiterinnen, begrenzt freundlich, nach Abgabe von Essenscoupons, portioniert herausgegeben. Es gab keinen Nachschlag, da man seinen Coupon schon abgegeben hatte, man konnte sich selbst nichts auftun. Die Anzahl der Sitzplätze im Frühstücksraum war für die Anzahl der Gäste viel zu gering. Die Lautstärke war unerträglich hoch.

The eggs was runny and you can get salmonella and bacteria. From runny eggs and sometimes the potatoes are not done and I understand this free, but just cause it's free. Don't mean that it should be undercooked and I think it depends on who's in the kitchen.

Snacks/drinks available was outside in the elements

I wish every best western was just like this one.

Absolutely no convenient parking or accessibility for handicapped persons

Breakfast was below average. Overall very basic hotel, old rooms.

The death towels were a little small but they were good quality. We didn't load the pillows but that's personal choice it was great having a microwave and the refrigerator in the room and I will say this it's the best air conditioning of any hotel I've ever been in I actually had to turn it up and I love to be cold..

Couple of times the eggs was runny and the bacon it's too greasy

I feel like sometimes nowadays , a lot of jobs don't like you to complain about certain things that go on in They facility
