It was gross and cost too much money for how bad it was.
Pros:

It was in a good location.

Cons:

The room was stained, dirty, and gross. There were brown stains on the curtains, the carpet was torn and stained, and the shower was disgusting. The first room they put us in was horrible, with flies coming out of the sink and the toilet constantly running. We asked for another room and although the second room was in better shape it wasn’t much better. Still gross, still in disrepair, just no flies and running toilet. My wife and I were afraid to walk around barefoot on the carpet because of how dirty it was. We booked their nicest room so I’m scared to see what their cheaper rooms look like.

Good spot in Provo but an old hotel with zero amenities
Pros:

Great location and the price was good!

Cons:

Pool was out of service, ice machine was broken, bathroom light wouldn’t turn on after the first night, no breakfast in the morning.

It was in a nice area

Cons:

Arrived late from a long drive, to find out that there was no elevators to the 2nd floor. The property is old and needs new upgrades on everything from the carpets, furniture, bathroom. Found opened Condom wrap in between the sheets and stains on the bed. Requested to be moved to another room immediately. Unfortunately it was already too late to checked out and find another hotel. Informed staff in am and requested manager to call us, still waiting for the call.

Love everything about this place except for the misrepresentation of the pool.

They still haven't fixed the pool and jaquzzi, but are still advertising it on the website as open.

Unexpected, but not in a good way.
Pros:

It was located between all the things we had planned to do, within a short drive.

Cons:

They charged me over $50 for parking, without mentioning the charge. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. There was no maid service during our stay. And they only gave us 1/4 roll of toilet paper for 2 people.

Entire listing was wrong. The pool/hot tub was closed. There was no breakfast. They got my room wrong. Staff wasn't helpful.
