Komfortabler Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wunderbar großes Zimmer und Bett. Am besten fand ich die Badewanne, die ich auch sofort genutzt habe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett bequem. Das Bad sehr schön und komfortabel

Cons:

Ich konnte die ganze Nacht kaum schlafen. Eine Gruppe von Jugendlichen war extrem laut. Trotz meiner Intervention hat sich die Situation nicht beruhigt. Lautes Lachen und Streit haben sich bis ca 02 Uhr vor meiner Tür angespielt. Wünsche ich keinem solche Erfahrungen. Ich habe versucht jemanden zu erreichen bin aber nach Krems gelandet. Sehr schlechte Organisation, es wäre soll wichtig auch jemanden an der Rezeption die ganze Nacht, genau für solche Situation, beschäftigt zu haben.

La posizione molto comoda.la camera molto silenziosa.

Cons:

Sono anni che vado all‘Arte Hotel di Linz 5/6 volte all‘anno. L‘Hotel sta subendo una sgradevole involuzione.Diventa sempre più trascurato. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una tenda oscurante inceppata che non scorreva e la mattina ci siamo svegliati col sole negli occhi alle 5 . Nessuno si accorge dei disguidi in stanza. C‘é la macchina per il caffè, ma non c‘é il caffè.

Nice rooms and good location !
Pros:

Good morning action to start your Danube biking tour and close to many shops where you can stock up. A big area for bikes to be stored !
A nice breakfast and because în our family only kids have breakfast , they still let us adults to join them and have a quality time - even got a coffee - bravo to the team that works there !

Cons:

We have been arriving late, yet still în working time of reception - and despite the talk via phone upfront and coming 15 mins before the closing time - the receptionist attitude was a bit embarrassing: he was trying to position himself as he is actually doing a favor to ua and was very very rigid . A not needed move et all ….

A lovely hotel to stay in, spacious, clean, and centrally located.
Pros:

The room was spacious and quiet. It was located very close to the river and the centre of Linz. The staff were friendly and helpful.
