Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten sogar ein Upgrade. 😊
Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine sehr große Auswahl.
Die Lage ist top - direkt beim Hotel um die Ecke gibt es einen Straßenbahnhaltestelle und die Donau erreicht man fußläufig in 4 Minuten.

Sehr gut gelegen und sehr hübsch dazu! Witzig eingerichtete Zimmer! Sehr leckeres Frühstück!

Kein Zimmerservice - keine neuen Handtücher, Kaffeetassen wurden nach Tag 1 nicht aus dem Zimmer gebracht. Rezeptionistin an Tag 1 wusste nichts über die E-Ladesäule in der Garage, Rezeptionistin an Tag 3 war nicht sehr freundlich.
Hotel wirkt etwas abgewohnt, speziell für den Preis.
Cappuccino zum Selbstholen in der Lobby ist mit 4,50€ etwas überteuert, zumal, wie gesagt, die gebrauchten Kaffeetassen nicht einmal aus dem Zimmer gebracht werden.

Jedes Mal ein Erlebnis - Egal in welchem der „arte-Hotels“

Die Lage war Top und das Frühstück sehr gut mit einem netten Platz im Wintergarten.

Cons:

Die Rezeption hat es sich nicht nehmen lassen, ihren Text abzuarbeiten, obwohl ich nur noch ins Bett wollte. Auch auf meine Bitte hin, dass ich die Informationen über die umliegenden Möglichkeiten und wie ich wieder ins Hotel komme nicht benötige (auch, weil alles selbstredend war), wurde einfach im Text weitergemacht und ich informiert, dass es eben so sei. Also Ruhe und zuhören.
