Pros:

Für zwei Nächte war es okay, weil die Lage für mich gut war. Nächstes Mal wo anders!
Pros:

Zuerst dachte ich: Oh je! Vor meinem Fenster ist ein Durchgangsbalkon mit einem vollen Aschenbecher. Das ist kein geschützter Bereich. Doch dann stellte sich heraus, dass das Zimmer durch die Hoflage sehr ruhig war. Das Bett war bequem und ich konnte gut schlafen.

Cons:

Leider war es sehr kalt im Zimmer und der Heizkörper im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Er konnte auch nicht repariert werden. Ich hätte ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, bei dem sie mir auch nicht garantieren konnten, dass der Heizkörper funktioniert und das Zimmer wäre lauter gewesen, weil Fenster auf die Straße hinaus.

Weiters war das Zimmer nicht ganz sauber, als ich gekommen bin.
Es lag ein verknitterter, befleckter Block im Zimmer und alle Infozettel waren schon sehr abgenutzt. Im Bad der Heizkörper, der Spiegel und die Fliesen waren auch nicht ganz sauber.

Der Empfang war leider auch semiprofessionell. Nicht gut ausgebildet. Als ich den angekleckerten Block zurück gegeben habe, sagte der Herr einfach: "Ah! Okay!"
Bei der Begrüßung schaute er schon in seine Mappe und hatte keinen Blickkontakt.
Die Sache mit dem Heizkörper war auch eigenartig gelöst vom Personal. Nicht ganz zum Wohlfühlen.

Modern and upscale hotel
Pros:

A unique and very modern hotel right on The EV 6 route. The rooms were comfortable with a small balcony. They did have bike storage with a couple of outlets. Very well located to restaurants .

Sehr gute Lage!Top Frühstück! Sehr ruhig zum Schlafen!

Cons:

Balkone von jedem Zimmer sind ein großer langer Balkon! So können fremde Menschen direkt am Zimmer vorbei gehen.

It's fine, I will probably return
Pros:

The location is great.
The interior design is nice. The bed was very comfortable.
The coffee was good, including the complimentary capsules in the room.
Suggestion: add an electric kettle next to the coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

Only minor issues:
Having the toilet and the bathroom in two different rooms was rather uncomfortable.
The toilet lacked a bin.
Breakfast was decent, but could have been more varied (e.g., cheese types, salami etc.).
The room lacked a ceiling light, and was only dimly lit (I guess by design).
