Goed hotel voor op dooreis met bezoek aan de stad
Pros:

Solo me gustó la ubicación nada mas

El personal es muy lento, dice que son 17,50€ el estacionamiento y luego te cobran 6€ más de impuesto, y nunca te dicen que impuesto y los estacionamientos son nada especial, el sofá cama de la habitación era solo una madera estirada sin acolchado eni eso ni un niño podría dormir, pedimos un cambio y dijeron que el sofá estaba bien, pedimos un colchón más para dormir en el suelo o ponerlo arriba y no lo llevaron, solo pusieron un cubre cama más abajo para que fuera más acolchado, no recomiendo para nada el hotel, lentos, no cómodo y mal servicio ah y no ponen papel higiénico en la habitación, no limpian y intento prender la TV y no tiene batería el control, osea la experiencia no fue nada agradable

An sich schönes Hotel in guter Lage, aber technische Defekte und etwas unbeholfene Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Zimmer sympathisch modern und sauber. Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das elektrische Lamellenrollo vor dem Fenster war halb zu und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Das Zimmer war dadurch auch tagsüber sehr dunkel. Es fehlt eine richtige Deckenleuchte. Die Klospülung ging in der zweiten Nacht kaputt und es lief kontinuierlich Wasser. Da kein Techniker mehr da war und das Hotel ausgebucht war, mussten wir bei Geplätscher schlafen und es liefen so viele Liter Wasser ungenutzt in den Abfluss, da auch der Nachtwächter den Defekt nicht beheben konnte. Er wollte eine Notiz für die Kollegen hinterlassen. Das Personal an der Rezeption am Morgen beim Checkout war völlig ahnungslos und hatte die Notiz nicht gesehen. Und das Wasser lief und lief und lief einfach. Generell waren sie extrem langsam und etwas muffig-unbeholfen, wirkten etwas überfordert vom System im Computer, so dass keine richtige Konversation stattfand, sondern nur schweigend auf den Bildschirm gestarrt und irgendwie herum geklickt wurde.

Excellent value for money. Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

A stylish, modern hotel with good facilities. Very quiet. Nice room. Excellent shower. Friendly staff. Really good location for the museum. Fantastic value for money. I was very satisfied, and would definitely stay again. A good, safe, and clean accommodation for solo travellers.

Cons:

I would have liked to have had breakfast, but at 17 euros per day is was a bit too expensive.

I appreciated the housekeeping, but I would have preferred the bed to be made ready for sleeping rather than with the duvet folded up each day. Bigger duvets would have been nice; these barely covered the beds.
