Pros:

Sehr schön angerichtetes Frühstück. Nach hinten gehendes Zimmer war sehr ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne.

Cons:

Zuerst bekamen wir ein unruhiges völlig überhitztes ungelüftetes Zimmer, konnten es aber gleich tauschen. Die Duschkopf Befestigung war unbrauchbar, wir haben es gemeldet.

Das Zimmer war viel zu warm, Klimaanlage war nicht funktionsfähig. Das Frühstück war überteuert.

Pros:

Lage war zentral und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war es aber deshalb auch laut.
Betten und sonstige Ausstattung waren gut.

Cons:

Personal, besonders beim Frühstück könnte freundlicher sein. Oft fehlte Geschirr, Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung vom Frühstück hat nicht gepasst

Für ein Kurzaufenthalt aufgrund der Lage ganz o. k.

Cons:

Vor allem das Empfangspersonal war nicht besonders freundlich! An der Lautstärke im hellhörigen Frühstücksraum ist Luft nach oben, wenn das Geschirr mit weniger Gepolter ab- und eingeräumt wird. Der Vorplatz mit leider nur 3 Stühlen war extrem ungepflegt.

Not a good option.
Pros:

The beds were okay, as was the shower (after it was fixed).

Cons:

The air conditioning was broken; they tried to mislead us by claiming it was due to unusually hot weather in Frankfurt, but the unit still didn't work even during the final days when temperatures were milder.

trotzdem zufrieden für 2 Nächte
Pros:

WLAN hat gut funktioniert und hat sich schnell verbunden. Check-In war unkompliziert und die Lage war gut (nachts ruhig).

Cons:

Es gab einige Schäden an dem Vorhang und der Duschkabinentür sowie war der automatische Wasserhahn etwas nervig.

Cons:

Kein Wasserkocher mehr im Zimmer.
Lampe im Bad defekt.
Eingangstür lässt sich nicht schließen
Trotz Ruheschild an der Tür wurde das Zimmer betreten.
Rechnung per E-Mail erst nach mehreren Aufforderung erfolgt.
