Clean friendly hotel. Restaurant had lovely food. Nice SPA facilities.
You had to pay extra to use pool. Although the picture shows a jacuzzi like area this no longer functions as one and is just a sitting area, no bubbles.
Just had a 2 day stay, nice friendly staff, good food, lovely room, really enjoyed it, our go to place now for a couple of days away 😀 😊
Room was clean.
Paid for a room with a balcony but there was no balcony. We were forced to pay £42 for an upgrade to a junior suite. At £200 the room was a big disappointment.
Booking.com said they couldn’t reach a resolution with the hotel but offered me a fraction of the expense as credits to use for my next booking.
We prepaid for breakfast but they tried to charge us again for it when they brought it to the room, it was probably the worst hotel breakfast I have had. It was cold and very low quality food.
The “garden view” overlooked a patio, some wasteland, a graveyard and a housing estate.
Staff were pretty rude and dismissive, but it could have been a culture or language barrier thing.
I wouldn’t stay here again, and I’m unsure if I’ll use booking.com again either.
Very nice hotel considering the price we paid for the room. Cosy yet modern. Room felt private and relaxing. Spa was great and excellent value for money.
Better quality TV would have been nice. A small fridge in the room would be helpful. Shower not very powerful which is awkward for washing long hair.

Room very nice and well appointed. Good choice of menu in the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet had a good choice of hot and cold food.
The room was in the Clubhouse annex and we were disturbed throughout the night with loud music and partying in the room downstairs from other guests. This was not the hotel’s fault but as we were quite a long way from the main hotel there wasn’t anything we could do about it.
Everything was just perfect we had a lovely stay.
