Beautiful hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely in the Beautiful peaceful garden room. Very wide range of foods to choose from, high quality produce, well worth the price 👌. Bed very comfortable and lovely view from window of the Beautiful gardens.

Smelly carpets from decades ago. They’ve clearly poorly tarted up an old hotel that needs a whole refit.
Inexperienced and incompetent bar staff.
No ice. No water glasses. Old lemons, no other fresh fruit for cocktails or mixers. Long wait at the bar.
Dirty milk fridges.
Highly perfumed foyer, rooms and spa. Triggered asthma and allergies.
Charged hidden and additional fees for everything - not a real spa hotel. Raise a complaint and was told numerous times why I was wrong. You’re charged for a robe and to use the pool even when you boom an overnight stay and even when booking a spa treatment. These fees are hidden and not well publicised and they will just argue this point with you by showing you small print. You get an email the day before you check in with all the extra hidden fees, well after signing the original contract or the incentive to book with all the spa and facilities pictures and spiel - JOKE. Not only is this immoral it’s not contractually or legally sound.
Told I could only use the restaurant if I booked but it was empty - disingenuous sales pitch.
A hot box of a room overlooking a council estate with no AC or fan.
Yellow stains on the bedding. Red stains on the towel.
The reception is friendly and welcoming. The spa was lovely with the swimming pool very clean. Nice touch regarding the free parking and the reception were really welcoming.
There was no cups in my room and there was half a bottle of water still there left from the previous tenant. There was hardly any tissues and there needed to be more toilet rolls.
Staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable and spotless, and the AC was easy to use.
I arrived late so didn't want an evening meal, beyond a full meal there were no real options. No snacks, no treats, nothing in the mini bar, with no shops anywhere close by. The best they could offer was a packet of crisps. Disappointing.

The spa facilities were incredible, fantastic breakfast and great location just off the motorway.
The spa facilities also offer beauty and wellbeing treatments. The massage was amazing 🤩 highly recommend, best I've ever had. Felt very comfortable and made my husband and I very welcome 🤗 (arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork before treatment)

The TV screens are situated in a long corridor with huge windows that reflect on the TV making them impossible to view! Change the drapes to accommodate blocking the daylight.. this would be great 😃
Location was fine and the hotel was clean and tidy.
Our original room had no air conditioning, for a 4 star rating i would expect all rooms to have it. after paying extra to get another room the door lock was temperamental and the coffee machine did not work.
