I paid £117 for a double room for myself and spent £30 in the bar and £60 for a very nice meal , they tried to charge me £10 for using the spa facilities !! WHY ??? Rip off !!
Frühstück war gut aber immer das gleiche
Wasserhahn war kaputt am Waschbecken. Am Waschbecken gibt es zwei getrennte Wasserhähne einen für heißes und einen für kaltes Wasser. Somit nicht nutzbar für Händewaschen usw. Keine Ablagefläche zum Zähneputzen usw. Geschweige zum Schminken. Keine Klobürste, Fenster klemmt beim öffnen und schließen. Fenstergriff so motiviert das man beim öffnen und schließen die Hand, Finger verletzt.Tischlampe funktioniert nicht,da fest verbaut nicht entfernt bar und Reparatur nur möglich wenn man alle Schränke leert und Schränke verrückt.

Location was great for what we wanted
I booked a suite and paid suite prices I was told on booking there would be a bath and there wasn’t, secondly I have hypoglycaemia and it was 11oclock at night and I asked reception if there was anywhere I could get a snack or chocolates to be told a straight NO, thirdly room wasn’t ready at check in and had to wait, fourthly on the Saturday night the barrier wouldn’t lift for my car so had to ring in then when finally got to my room the room card wouldn’t work, they also didn’t top up the coffee tray in the room so was only enough for one morning brew and the tiles in the bathroom seriously needed a good clean. Just didn’t feel personal at all more like the guests are a hindrance.
We were lucky to have been moved into the new party of the hotel, wow! It was gorgeous, those is am upmarket hotel. I wasn't expecting this at all. Needless to say, we were very happy. The food was amazing at dinner and then breakfast proved once again that this hotel is tops. Will most definitely be back!

Very hot in room with no AC - not the hotels issue due to extraordinary summer heat, but still not ideal to be in a very hot room!

View from our room was a flat roof, and the bathroom had an odd smell, didn't like having to pay extra for use of the pool/sauna.
