Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, besonders dem Kellner in der Bar.
Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbufett , der Fön war defekt wurde sofort erledigt.
Die Lage war für uns sehr gut.
Der Preis hat gepasst.

A good place to stay for a couple of nights
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable , the breakfast was very good

Cons:

The location was rather run down. People smoking outside the window caused a smell of smoke and some noise when the window was open.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Ein Haus, leicht aus der Zeit gefallen: Strukturtapete, Bordüren, gepolsterter Sitz in der Kleiderablage. Aber gut! Erstaunlich clever konzipiert mit viel Ablagefläche für den relativ geringen Raum. Tadellos sauber. Es wirkt neuer und frischer, als es ist. Aus meiner Sicht ohne Vorbehalt empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das Bad ist nicht eng, das Waschbecken aber klein. Nassrasur geht nur mit einer kleinen Überschwemmung. Neben dem Bett ist wenig Platz. Unter dem Haus rumpelt die U-Bahn durch – hat mich nicht gestört, aber nicht alle sehen das entspannt. Vom Drogenumschlagplatz beim ZOB und sonstigem Hamburger Elend kriegt man auf dem Weg ins Haus unvermeidlich was mit.

Lagom promenad avstånd till tågstationen. Trevligt bemötande vid ankomsten. Bra rum med fräscht badrum. Hördes inget buller utifrån. Frukosten var toppen.

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, vielseitig umfangreich und deutlich über dem Standard in anderen Hotels. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausreichend Platz

Praktisch gelegen zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Berliner Tor, somit ordentliche öffentliche Anbindung und in Fußnähe diverse Essensmöglichkeiten. Sauber, alles notwendige an Ausstattung da und immerhin gibt es im Fitnessraum Kurzhanteln bis 10kg

Im großen und ganzen kann man das Hotel empfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück war super. Die Lage ist durch die Hauptbahnhofsnähe gut. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Bad war leider nicht so gut wie letztes Jahr. Dasselbe gilt für das Bett. Der Barkeeper war dieses Jahr sehr unfreundlich. Die Nähe des Hauptbahnhof ist in einer Hinsicht positiv und auf anderer Seite negativ da man an Obdachlosen und Süchtige vorbei muss um ins Hotel zu gelangen. Was vor allem nachts nicht so schön ist.
