Leider nicht sehr schön
Pros:

Personal war sehr freubdlich, Tiefgarage direkt im Haus und eine nette Lobby.

Cons:

Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig (fleckiger Teppich, Kronkorken vom Vorgast lagen gut sichtbar unter dem Schreibtisch). Frühstück hatte das Niveau von Aldi-Aufbackware, der Orangensaft weiss wahrscheinlich gar nicht was eine Orange ist. Duschen war nur einhändig möglich, da der Aufhänger an der Duschstange abgebrochen war. Im Bad wurden offensichtlich etliche Fliesen mal ersetzt und die Silikonfugen neu gezogen - allerdings bestimmt nicht von einem Fachmann. Im Treppenhaus zur Tiefgarage stank es so fürchterlich, dass man die Luft anhalten musste.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer nach hinten raus mit Balkon. War super ruhig zum schlafen.
Frühstück war gut es war alles da was man braucht.
In 10-15 Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone. Lage des Hotels gut.

Cons:

Wasser im Waschbecken lief schlecht ab. Keine Lüftung im Bad.

Great location, comfortable room, and excellent value for money...
Pros:

I loved the room's interior, the comfortable bed, having a small fridge, the lovely bathroom, and the balcony with a beautiful view. Having air conditioning and an elevator was extremely convenient for me in my third trimester, and the customer service was very responsive. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and we were lucky to get a reasonably priced parking spot in the basement garage near the elevator. Location-wise, it was well worth the price - an easy, short walk to the Altstadt and the Old Bridge, even while heavily pregnant.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't seem to work well on the first night, but for the rest of our stay, it kept the room pleasantly cold up until checkout.

Idéal pour une courte visite à Heidelberg, si vous êtes addict au shopping
Pros:

Parking dans l'hôtel, chambre avec terrasse

Cons:

La voisine fumant sans arrêt sur sa terrasse, malgré l'interdiction. D'où nuisances olfactives. Dommage
