Heidelberg’i ilk defa ziyaret ettim otelde bu sorunu yaşamasaydım harika bir tatil olacaktı
Pros:

Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü , odanın konforu iyi , kahve makinesi var , oda rahat ve konforlu. Heidelberg merkeze yakın yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafede sakin ve nezih bir cadde üzerinde.

Cons:

Kaldığımız dört gece boyunca tüm otelde merkezi klima sistemi arızalıydı. Hamam gibi çok sıcak bir odada uyumak zorunda kaldık. bize resepsiyondan bir elektrikli vantilatör verdiler ama çok sıcak bir ortam uyumak çok zordu. Bu sorunu telafi etmek için dört günlük otel otopark ücretini almadılar.

Konforlu, güzel ve temiz bir otel; ulaşım rahat.
Pros:

Temizliği gayet iyiydi. Kahve su ikramları vardı. Lokasyonunu da beğendim. Merkezde değildi ancak iki durak ya da üç durakla merkeze ulaşılabiliyor idi.

Cons:

Kaldığımız oda birinci kattaydı ve pencereler boş bir arsa gibi bir yere bakıyordu? Orası belki otelin başka bir bölümünün çatısı mıydı ya da nesi idi tam anlayamadım ama pencereyi açmaya tedirgin oldum biraz.

Hervorragendes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Hotel war wegen Straßenbauarbeiten schwierig erreichbar. Eine Email vorab mit aktueller Wegbeschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in Heidelberg.
Pros:

Wie schon erwähnt fand ich das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sehr gut. Frühstück entsprach voll meinen Erwartungen und die Lage des Hotels war genial. Werde das Hotel defenitiv weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen. Und wenn ich irgendetwas bemängeln würde, wäre dies auf extrem hohen Niveau.

Schönes Hotel mit netten Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal vor allem die jungen Menschen an der Rezeption .Tolle Lage 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt .Bäcker Cafe Restaurants alles in der Nähe.Tiefgarage neben dem Hotel unkompliziert mit Aufzug direkt ins Hotel .Zimmer sauber mit Kaffeemaschine vor allem die integrierte Ladestation fürs Handy auf dem Nachttisch ist cool.Frühstück ganz ok .Mehr Obst oder ein Salat wäre schön .
Alles in allem absolut weiterzuempfehlen .Top Lage

Cons:

Eventuell das nicht alle gleichzeitig um 15 Uhr einchecken würden ,so das man es etwas verteilt.Das ist aber wirklich die einzige Kritik

Das Hotel ist perfekt für eine Städtereise
Pros:

Für einen Kurztrip das perfekte Hotel, wenngleich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Zimmerteppich könnte gern ersetzt werden. Aber ansonsten alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

הצוות היה נחמד. חניה טובה בחניון המלון בעלות 17 יורו. ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Cons:

חדר הקומפורט לא נוח. יש רק שידה אחת ודלת המקלחת ממש קרובה למיטה מהצד. יאמר לזכות הקבלה שכשירדתי לבקש להחליף חדר, מיד שדרגו לחדר גדול ונוח יותר משמעותית ללא עלות.
