Fantastiskt boende i underbar omgivning!
Pros:

Underbart rum med ljuvlig utsikt, skön säng och bra sängkläder, fin trädgård, härligt spa, bra restaurang, smidig shuttle service, trevlig personal.

Cons:

Det enda som jag kan komma på som kan bli lite bättre är gymmet. Hade uppskattat en skivstång med vikter samt AC i gymmet. Men det är en liten detalj, man åker inte hit för att träna i gymmet utan för att njuta av den underbara omgivningen!

Sehr Erholsam, aber nicht wieder.
Pros:

Es hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse wo ma draussen essen kann. Auch der Aussenpool war sehr schön und auch bedient. Der Wellness Bereich ist OK aber nichts Besonderes.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend, auch das Käsebuffet eine Wucht.

Cons:

Das Personal sprach zum Teil nur Englich und einige nicht mal das.
Das Essen am Abend war eher Durchschnittlich. Eine Änderung des Menüs hat auf Grund der Sprachbarriere leider nicht geklappt.

Pros:

Hôtel Fabuleux.
Nous avons été comblés par :
l'emplacement,
le confort de la chambre avec la climatisation (très appréciable en période de canicule),
la jolie vue depuis le balcon,
la piscine extérieure,
la qualité et le grand choix de la nourriture,
le bus mis à disposition pour visiter la ville,
le parking en sous-sol (très pratique)
la gentillesse du personnel...

Hervorragendes Hotel mit uneingeschränkter Empfehlung
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone. Das Frühstück, der Lunch und das Abendessen waren hervorragend. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß und immer sauber.

Cons:

Die Anreise mit der Bahn ist teilweise eine Zumutung. So wird das nichts mit der Verkehrswende.

Sehr schön, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich
Pros:

Die Mahlzeiten waren sehr gut. Man merkt, dass man sich Mühe gibt dem Boutique - Charakter zu entsprechen. Es gab gängige ortsübliche Mahlzeiten gut zubereitet ohne Schnickschnack, aber auch nicht besonders.
Der Service im Restaurantbetriebwar zu jeder Zeit top. Und der Rezeptionist, der bei der Ankunft die Rezeption gefürt hat war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ordentlicher Spabereich, schöner Aussenpool.

Cons:

Die Kategorisierung als Boutique Hotel ist irreführend. Es ist ein ordentliches älteres Hotel, das modernisiert wirkt. Aber für ein Boutiwue Hotel zu gtoss, nicht individuell genug und nicht persönlich auf einzelne Gäste orientiert genug. Es ist ein bisschen Massenabfertigung.

Die Art der Kommunikation:
An Tag 2 beim Checkout bricht mit gewechselten Personal die Freundlichkeit ein und man gühlt sich firekt auch gemassregelt und etwas arrogant abgefertigt auf unbequeme Fragen oder Themen hingewiesen. Das kann man professioneller lösen. Der Aussenpool ist nur für Erwachsene - das wird nur sehr versteckt kommuniziert. Und auf das schöne Foto mit Pool fallen laut Managerin ständig rein. Professionell wäre es hier besser zu kommunizieren. Angeblich würde das auch in der Buchungsbestätigung stehen - bri uns definitiv nicht. Bei den 5 Pools handelt es sich defakto um einen sussenpool ab 18 Jahre. Dieser hst rine Sprudelecke, die sls zweiter Sussen Whirlpool dargestellt wird, ein Kinderpool, ein Innenpoll und innen ein Whirlpool.
Hunde: Das Hotel erlaubt Hunde. Und man muss sagen, dass es ein liebevolles Hundepack (Napf, Leckerli, Handtuch, Pootüten) im Zimmer gibt und das Personal im Service ausgesprochen nett mit Hunden umgeht. Das Hotel hat mich nach der Buchung wörtlich folgendermassen aufgeklärt:“ Es gibt bei uns im Haus generell nicht die Möglichkeit, Hunde mit zu den Mahlzeiten zu bringen.“ Auf der Seite des Hotels wird man darauf jingewiesen, dass Hunde nicht im Zimmer bleiben dürfen. Die Buchung war nur mit Halbpension möglich. In der Realität dürfen Hunde im Zimmer bleiben und sie dürfen im gesamten Terassenbereich zu jeder Mahlzeit mitkommen. Warum ist die Kommunikation dann zwischen bezahlter Buchung und tatsächlichem Etleben bei Ankunft so schroff jnd ablehnend.
Kurz ich habe mich als Gast nicht zu jeder Zeit und von jedem Willkommen gefühlt. Nochmal - das ältere Personal und die Leute im Service davon ausgenommen, die waren alle sehr freundlich.

Super relaxing vacation.
Pros:

We stayed for only 2 days but got rest and relaxation of a week’s worth. Beautiful hotel to the last detail. The staff was experienced and very friendly. Special thanks to Kathrin at the reception who helped us so much with a problem we encountered while getting there. We will come back.

Brīnišķīga viesnīca ar perfekti personālu un izcilām iespējām brīvā laika pavadīšanai
Pros:

Ļoti klusa tīra un kārtīga viesnīca. Labas iespējas - tiek nodrošināts shutlle bus lai viesus izvadātu pa pilsētu. Ļoti laipns personāls, izcila SPA zona, ēdiens kvalitatīvs un izvēle pietiekoša. Patika, ka pats var izvēlēties un gatavot brokastu smutijus un vitamīnu dzērienus. Istabiņa tīra, gulta un spilveni ērti. Skaisti skati pa logu uz kalniem.

Cons:

Nokļūšana istabiņā diezgan amizanta- lai nokļūtu 2. stāvā vispirms jānobrauc ar liftu uz pagrabstāvu, tad pa gaiteni jādodas uz citu liftu, kurš nogādā 2. stāvā. Bet nekādā ziņā tas nebūtu trūkums. Ja nu vienigi cilvēkiem ar kustību traucējumiem.

Fantastic family hotel
Pros:

Perfect location. So much to do for children. Incredible food and service. Lovely large rooms with beautiful views. Amazing spa and pool areas.

Cons:

We loved the food but would have been nice to have more choices other than a set menu every night.

Great place, comfortable room & beautiful views from 3rd floor!
Pros:

Loved our room, hotel location was easy walk to town, Francisco at the bar/restaurant was exceptional
Front desk gentleman (bald) was also extremely helpful & apologies for not having his name & describing his hair status but he deserves acknowledgment as well!

Cons:

Housekeeping came 1 time as we requested during our stay, but did not replace bedding as far as we could tell
