Ein Hotel, das man mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann.
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal – vom Empfang über das Restaurant bis hin zum Abschied – war außergewöhnlich professionell, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich wirklich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.
Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und verfügte über einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Umgebung ist kinderfreundlich, ruhig und ideal für Familien, die entspannen möchten.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hohe Servicequalität: schnelle Abläufe, freundliche Kommunikation und das Gefühl, dass jeder Mitarbeiter seinen Job mit echter Freude macht. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet – frisch, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Kellner waren äußerst professionell, aufmerksam und freundlich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Sehr gute ruhige Lage, das stilvolle Ambiente und die sehr gepflegten Wellness‑ und Außenbereiche.
Ein Hotel, das man mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann.

Das Essen war sehr lecker.
Der Wellnesbereich gross und sehr schön. Der
Infinitypool und SPA Bereich nur für Erwachsene war sehr toll.
Für Kinder gab es separaten Kinderpool.

Cons:

Servicepersonal müsste noch besser geschult werden.

Würde ich für das Geld nie wieder buchen. Da gibt’s deutlich bessere und günstigere Hotels in Garmisch

Unglaublich schlechtes Management. Kulanz, Kundenfokus, Entgegenkommen ein Fremdwort. Ein Beispiel: habe für 550€ die Nacht (!) ein Zimmer gebucht. Und man wollte tatsächlich 15€ Parkgebühren pro Tag zusätzlich. Beispielhaft für das gesamte Etablissement

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbüffets war super umfangreich und die Qualität hervorragend.
Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr schöne Ausstattung und die Möbel sind sehr wertig.
Das Hotel hat eine sehr schön Lage. Direkt nebem dem Hotel fließt die Loisach und zum Zentrum von
Garmisch sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten.

Cons:

Leider war auf unserem Balkon das Geräusch der Lüftungsanlage (Küche) zu hören.
Da wir nur sehr wenig Zeit auf dem Balkon verbrachten, hat es den Gesamteindruck
nur sehr wenig beeinflusst. Der Blick auf die Berge entschädigt sofort!

Pros:

Na hotelu bylo všechno naprosto super. Od personálu, přes vybavení (bazény, wellness, bar, minigolf, dětská hřiště, atd.) až po luxusní snídaně a naprosto exkluzivní večeře. Určitě navštívíme znovu.

Cons:

Nemám, co bych tomuto hotelu vytkl.
