Beautiful location. Bavarian style which we loved. Breakfast is v good.

Fantastique et dépaysant.
Pros:

Les repas étaient variés copieux et bons. Petit plus dans la formule demi pension il y avait en plus une la possibilité de déjeuner gratuitement. L'hôtel était proche des randonnées et sites comme le lac d'Eibsee. La chambre était spacieuse avec un balcon. La piscine extérieur sur le toit pour adultes est super face à la montagne ainsi que le SPA.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig, jedoch super zentral um innerhalb Garmisch alles schnell zu erreichen. Aussicht auf die Berge toll.

Das Personal im SPA Bereich war sehr aufmerksam
und super freundlich.

Cons:

Für ein 4*S fand ich den Service und das Essen nicht standesgemäss. Häufig die gleichen Angebote am Buffet.
Das Personal bzw. der Service war personenabhängig nicht wirklich gastfreundlich/herzlich. Außerdem sollte auch bei internationalem Publikum in Oberbayern die Hauptsprache Deutsch sein.

Zudem ärgerlich, dass es nicht für jeden Gast einen Parkplatz gibt und man abends Im nahen Wohnviertel suchen musste.

Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich sehr schön angelegt. Zu Saisonzeiten ist es jedoch für mein Empfinden zu klein. Liegen knapp und sehr nahe aneinander.

Schade, hätte mir aufgrund der Beschreibung und der Bilder im Internet mehr erhofft. Obwohl ich häufig in Garmisch bin, würde ich es nicht mehr buchen.

Tolles Freizeitangebot für die Gesamte Familie. Vom eigenem Minigolfplatz, Kinderschwimmbecken, Spielbereich sehr liebevoll für Kleinkinder und ein Spielzimmer für ältere Kinder. So viel Aufmerksamkeit für kleine Gäste habe ich noch nie gesehen. Für die großen gibt es einen tollen Wellnessbereich, hochwertigste Gastronomie und tolle Zusatzleistungen wie einen Shuttleservice in den Ort oder zur Zugspitzbahn. Wir waren Begeistert

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind alle Kernsaniert und super ausgestattet. Da das Hotel jedoch im Kern älteren Baujahrs ist sind die Zimmer vom Schnitt her etwas beengter als Sie auf den Fotos wirkten. Wir haben zu dritt in einem Doppelzimmer übernachtet und sind aber super Klargekommen. Also kein wirklicher Mangel

Wir empfehlen das Hotel und wissen immer wieder kommen!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr viel Auswahl und hohe Qualität beim Frühstücksbuffet. Das Abendessen war mit seinen 5 Gängen immer sehr lecker und wir konnten immer etwas leckeres finden, da man aus drei verschiedenen Varianten bei jedem Gang auswählen konnte. Das Mittagessensbuffet war ein zusätzliches plus und wir haben es sehr genossen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und die Auswahl ausreichend. Der Shuttleservice ist einfach sehr vorteilhaft. Sehr freundliches Personal! Wir würden immer wieder kommen und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Es waren zu wenig Parkplätze aber das Personal hat alles dafür getan, dass das einen Auto doch noch einen Parkplatz bekommen hat.
