Pros:

Spa areas are excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. If you walk to town for other restaurants and shopping areas it is 15 minutes away. Breakfest was great. Lunch was light/heavy snacks. Dinners were mediocre.

Alles vorhanden und sehr reichhaltig. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider hat das meiste Personal kein Deutsch gesprochen. Wenn ich in Deutschland in ein Hotel gehe, erwarte, das als
erstes Deutsch gesprochen wird und danach Englisch und nicht umgekehrt. Für uns kein Problem, jedoch spricht nicht jeder Englisch. Aber alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was die fehlenden Deutschkenntnisse ausgeglichen hat.
Werden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

I really loved my stay the hotel was very calm and quiet.

I really appreciated the staff’s attitude, especially Sophia, who was very kind, helpful, and attentive. She was always willing to assist with everything, and I really appreciated her approach and the excellent service she provided.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the bed, as it wasn’t very comfortable, and the pillows caused me some neck pain.

Also, on one of the nights, the air conditioner was making a lot of noise, which made it difficult for me to sleep. However, I informed the front desk the next morning, and they fixed the issue right away.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem sehr angenehmen Hotel
Pros:

Die sehr nette Art des Personals hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Zu Mittag gab es auch sehr leckere Kleinigkeiten. Das Abendessen war etwas besonderes! Die gehobenen Ausstattung des Hotels zusammen mit der Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu kam noch die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Obwohl das Hotel gut belegt war, und auch viele Kinder da waren, war die Stimmung sehr entspannt und ruhig. Wir werden uns freuen, im Frühling das Hotel wieder zu buchen.
