Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof, zum See und der Altstadt.

Cons:

Das Deluxe-Zimmer ist grosszügig, aber der Lärm der Belüftung viel zu laut in der Nacht. Bei offenem Fenster hört man das Rauschen der Aare-Schleuse. An Schlaf ist da kaum zu denken.

Nice hotel but be forewarned that there is NO air conditioning.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff tried to be helpful under the brutal heatwave and no air conditioning.

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning was major impact on our stay.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Personal hilfsbereit. Frühstück vielfältig. Parkmöglichkeit in Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Dusche und Toilette sehr eng. Für uns, nicht allzu große Personen, gerade noch akzeptabel.

Miserable stay
Pros:

Short distance from train terminal.

Cons:

Very small room and the basin for bathroom is located right next to the bed! First time I see such hotel. Totally unacceptable.

Condition made worse with poor ventilation with neither aircond nor a simple fan in the summer.

I would definitely stay here again! Perfect for our visit to Thun.
Pros:

Beautiful property in an excellent location! The staff were all kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

Melhor estadia em Thun
Pros:

O hotel era excelente em todos os níveis. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e organizado. O café da manhã, que precisamos pagar à parte, também estava excelente. A localização também era ótima, cerca de 5 a 10 minutos a pé da estação de trem de Thun.

Cons:

A única coisa que não nos agradou foi o fato da pia ser do lado de fora do banheiro, próximo a cama. Talvez não é o melhor lugar para se colocar uma pia. Mas isso não tira o mérito em nada do hotel.

Pros:

Excellent underground parking with lift access very good breakfast lift all levels the view from window looking at beautiful Aare river hills remote control external blind to block out sun and light.

Cons:

It didn't bother us but may other people. Hand basin on desk next to bed.
