Väldigt bra
Pros:

Boendet var fräscht och fint. Hotellet låg väldigt fint direkt vid vattnet och mitt i Thun. Det var bra för oss som var där i två nätter.
Fanns även ett parkeringsgarage (betald) som var i anslutning till hotellet vilket var bra för oss med bil

Cons:

Hotellrummet var en aning för litet för oss som hade med oss 2 stycken check in resväskor. Fanns knappt plats för att öppna en resväska.

Super Lage und ruhig mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Aare
Pros:

Super schöne Lage direkt an der Aare. Parkhaus optimal direkt beim Hotel. Sehr nahe auch beim Bahnhof. Wunderschöne große Dusche. Betten bequem. Das Frühstüch ist sehr lecker.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir die Lüftung in der Nacht nicht ausschalten. Lavabo direkt neben dem Bett ist etwas speziell. Zimmer eher klein; aber für 1 Nacht ok.

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal top

Cons:

Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr klein und das Waschbecken ist nich im Badezimmer sondern neben dem Bett. Erinnert etwas an ein Krankenhaus.

Pros:

Die Lage ist für ein Stadthotel top of Thun; bei der Innenarchitektur ist ein strenger Gestaltungswille, vielfach ein Überwille auf engem Raum, erkennbar.
Das Personal ist freundlich das Zmorgenbuffet unter Niveau aber ok. Preis/Leistung gut.

Cons:

Das Lavabo im Zimmer, nicht in Du/WC, ist unverständlich, unpraktisch over designt und störend.
Dusche/WC ist sehr klein und ohne jegliche Ablage. Der Zimmereingang sehr eng. Es gibt viele andere, innovative 4-Sterne-Lösungen für diesen Bereich - hier leider nicht.
Die lobby hat max. 3-Stern-Niveau; wo sind spa, welness und pool?
Insgesamt verdient das Haus keine 4 Sterne. 3 wären angemessen, was sich die Betreiber wohl bewusst sind und den Preis für die pseudo-4-Sterne dementsprechend tief halten.
In welchen Händen und nach welchen Kriterien erfolgt wohl die Sterne-Vergabe?🤔
Und: beim Eincheken unbedingt nach Aare-Direktsicht aus dem Zimmer verlangen, sonst gibts ein Hofzimmer.
