Geen airco. Verder netjes en mooie locatie.

Leuke locatie.

Cons:

Nergens airconditioning in het gebouw. Is met warm weer niet te doen. Je mag van een 4 sterren hotel meer verwachten.

Det var et virkelig fint sted, et pænt værelse, uden udsigt til floden, men det gjorde ikke spor, for der var mulighed for at sidde ude foran. Klart et sted vi godt kunne finde på at komme tilbage til

Cons:

Vi sov ikke så godt, der var meget varmt på værelset, selvom der var en lille blæser, vi havde vinduerne åbne, men det betød så at der meget larm. Hovedpuderne var heller ikke så gode, men det er nok en smagssag.

Fabulous stay with all creature comforts in a spectacular location.
Pros:

Staying at the Schloss Rheinfels was the highlight of our trip. It is located in a magnificent position with fabulous views in both directions along the river. Happily, once one has ascended the challenging hill, there is frankly little reason to leave! The restaurant and bar is wonderful, the spa is beautiful and well-equipped, the rooms cosy and characterful, and the team friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to highlight Sandra who welcomed us so warmly and looked after us so kindly throughout our stay. We would be delighted to stay again and recommend it to everyone!

Un hôtel chic et agréable !
Pros:

Très bien situé. Un style années 20 mais avec tout le confort de notre siècle ! Le petit « Jardin » avec vue sur le Rhin et directement sur la promenade est adorable !

Cons:

Dommage que les chambres ne sont pas climatisées…

Awesome location nice hotel was good facilities could just do with going and buying a few more fans to make guests more

Was very very hot I realise that there was a heat wave but the fans were way undersized for how hot it was. We hardly got any sleep because of how hot the room was

No es una buena opción.
Pros:

El hotel es viejo aunque creo que es el mejor de la ciudad.
De toda la zona del rin no es la mejor ciudad para quedarse a dormir. hay poca oferta de restaurantes y servicios en general.
Lo mejor que tiene es el Restaurant en la terraza que da el río.
Mala predisposición de los empleados mal servicio en general.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine optimale Lage direkt an der Rheinpromenade. Es ist sehr stilvoll und hat sehr freundliches Personal. Mein Einzelzimmer war stilvoll und stimmig eingerichtet und bot fast alles, was man benötigt: einen Kleiderschrank, eine Ablage für den Koffer, einen benutzbaren, großen Schreibtsich. Zudem gab es als Willkommensgeste eine große Flasche Mineralwasser und die Gelegenheit, die Minibar zu benutzen. Selbst ein Ventilator stand bereit. Das Bad war hell und geräumig und mit allem notwendigen Zubehör ausgestattet. Der Frühstücksraum hatte großen Charme, sodass man sich dort wohlfühlen konnte. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und qualitativ hochwertig; Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Eine Terrasse am Hotel und zusätzlich direkt am Rhein sind ein Highlight jeden Urlaubs.

Cons:

Es sind eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten, die leicht zu beheben wären: Im Zeitalter, in dem fast alle ein smartphone o. Ä. haben, wäre eine Möglichkeit des Aufladens in direkter Bett- oder Schreibtischnähe wünschenswert; ich musste den Badezimmerhocker als Ablage für die Steckdose am Zimmereingang bemühen. Zudem wären Aufhängemöglichkeiten für die Handtücher sinnvoll - die Heizung im Badezimmer ist dafür schlicht zu klein. Letztlich: Ich habe die Garage genutzt, was sehr empfehlenswert ist. Die Beschreibung, wie sie zu finden ist, war aber leider so unzulänglich, dass ich dreimal durch den halben Ort fahren musste und zum Glück einen Bediensteten draußen gefunden habe, der mir den Zugang passend erklärte.

Потрясающее месторасположение, приветливый персонал, очень красивый отель, просторный номер. Вид из окна выше всех похвал.

Cons:

Завтрак ОЧЕНЬ скудный. Для такого отеля даже странно. У нас был полупансион, ужин по меню. Очень красиво все подано, столик у окна, прекрасное обслуживание... но невкусно. Мы вначале не поняли, но все меню было вегетарианским с возможностью замены. Заменили ризотто из лисичек на лосось с рисом в томатном соусе... очень средне. Карпаччо из свеклы невкусный. В целом красиво, но невкусно.

Hotel is mooi , locatie super , personeel aan de receptie is niet geïnteresseerd in klant . Op deze manier kun je net zo goed een robot op de receptie zetten .

Wie immer außergewöhnliche Lage, tolles Restaurant

Cons:

Sehr laute Nachbarn, bis spaet in die Nacht.Balkon zwar mit Rheinblick,aber mit 3 chinesischer Familien geteilt,Keine Privatsphäre, nicht zum Schlafen gekommen. Schade für dieses Hotel. Ich war dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht.
