It was sufficient for a one night stay, but would not book again nor recommend
Pros:

Location was great. Enough parking

Cons:

Lack of updates to the property ( needs fresh paint, carpet, new shower curtains, bigger tvs) saw spider - very much a turn off. It had a old musty smell

Pros:

It looked old from the outside but it was clean and the pool area was nice. The breakfast was pretty good too. All the staff members were very helpful, professional and nice

Cons:

It was a diamond in the rough. Doesn’t look like much on the outside but it was clean and the staff moved me to another room to accommodate us from listening to a loud neighbor who was enjoying themselves.

We didn't stay at this property due to the odor in the room.
Cons:

Our room smelled very musty and moldy. We were given 2 other room keys and told to check those rooms to see if they smelled better. Those keys didn't work. We left the property.

Room was affordable and mostly clean, pool was nice, great for a quick trip.
Pros:

Very affordable, great pool, close to New Hope.

Cons:

More like a motel, our tub drained very slowly, some light bulbs were not working in our room.

One and Done at New Hope Inn and Suites
Pros:

The hotel was a disaster. The rooms were old, dingy, dated, broken furniture, phone didn’t work, maid service non existent. We were by the pool with people drinking, loud and rowdy until 3 am. Hotel did nothing.

Website said state of the art fitness room. What a joke. NO towels, no water, no gym wipes, mold on the walls, garbage overflowing, equipment not all working. Had a TV, but no way to turn on. Probably did not work anyway.

Bar in hotel had limited hours….didnt open until 5 pm….and had no hours on Sunday. Ridiculous.

‘Hotel’ pool was contracted out to a private club. Though hotel guests were welcome, it was overwhelmed with local members such that hotel guests had little availability of space.

The young man at the front desk was about as useful as a one eyed monkey. Zero customer service skills or even social manners. Worst I have ever seen.

Awful, lots of bugs, broken glass on carpet, do not stay here

Cons:

When we got there there was a lot of inebriated people around the pool and out front by the front lobby, but figured not a big deal. But when we got into our room there were flies everywhere, living and dead. Living in dead spricket bugs everywhere. There was no sign of bed bugs which was good, but there was also green broken glass all over the carpet floor. We called the front desk and asked them if they could bring a vacuum down because there was broken glass everywhere and they said right away. We stayed for another 90 minutes and no one came or called to say they were busy and then we checked out and left. We did not stay. There was food under the couch. There was flies in the shower in the sink in the closet. You could tell that it had not been cleaned!

My daughters enjoyed the nature and we will be back again.
Pros:

The pool and pool bar were very comfortable. I arrived sick and the staff were very helpful! The staff continued to make my stay great! Beautiful place for events. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The Bathroom in the suite 101 could be updated.

Location + Fun in New Hope 🥰
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Greetings from Andrea at the Front desk was superb! Lobby bathrooms are renovated and very nice! Back again at our go to place for summer fun! We stay a few nights throughout the summer here.. love the pool area (bar, music, food) lots of lounge chairs with umbrellas + lounge seating areas with tables, changing room and bathroom very convenient next to the pool. We meet lots of friendly people every visit. The staff is always very accommodating with a smile! Beds are very comfortable and the room is always clean! Peddler's Village 9 minutes away New Hope/Lambertville 6 minutes away.
Also, kid friendly! Waffles and a nice breakfast in the mornings...my granddaughter loves it there!

Nothing!
