Pros:

Andrea and front desk staff were lovely. All staff was friendly and accommodating. LOVED the Pool, the flowers, the grounds. Loved the Thursday night sing along… Fantastic. Enjoyed breakfast waffles and coffee.

The stuff it was this young lady who was very weird I lie to you not the first incident was the maid she knocked on the door and she still opened the door the 1 .2. Is when we got locked out which was definitely on purpose cuz nobody didn’t that but that young lady we noticed she kept walking on the second floor so I knew something was up oh let’s not forget how racism that place was when we got in the pool every one got out the minute we stepped in ohhhh not to mention the assholes watched like are you fr? Seriously y’all need to do better the only person who was helpful to us was that Jamaican girl and that maintenance man everybody else is ass I understand other people had concerns, but nothing didn’t really start happening until that young lady with the short bob for nothing cause we was in our room and we were about to go downstairs to smoke and then when we went to go test it, it wasn’t working all of a sudden, but when other people was behind the desk, it was fine. I don’t know if she did something to our card were not in there or maybe when we were in there she deactivated it the first time and then didn’t even scan it. The first time the Jamaican girl had to tell her so we will not be coming back. I know you don’t like hearing this but y’all need to cause y’all are racist straight up and y’all shouldn’t make people feel like that when they come to stay at your residency but all you care about is the money, right ?right. oh and it was a dead roach and a spider in our room. Y’all need to update our rooms update the hotel everything about it or just close it down.💯

Once you understand how things work, all is well!
Pros:

Where to begin? Making reservations was a breeze!! Finding the place was also easy (although the size of the sign could be increased a little). Checking in was easy, too. Then we had to venture through what seemed like unending twisting corridors (thankfully there were luggage carts!) to our room. To add some confusion, the first floor is also the second floor :-) There are four levels, with very strange room numbering schemes. There are outside stairs and an elevator which access the parking area down below. There are three bars; only two of which were open, and the bar/restaurant at the pool is only open if the pool itself is. The pool area is nicely kept and inviting. The room itself wasn't bad, either, a nice comfy bed with no extra added crawling things. The bathroom is the issue. First, the toilet/shower area is incredibly cramped. The door nearly hits the toilet when it's opened. No way someone would be able to use the toilet while someone else showers. There's no FAN in the bathroom, either (?) You need to turn on the bathroom light from OUTSIDE the bathroom, which wakes up your partner (?) Not quite sure how all that came to be, but it is an issue. The breakfast is fine; people seem to want gourmet things from a set-up like this, and they're not going to get it. No cereal or milk seen during our stay, but lots of other nice breakfast items. The man attending the breakfast area will cheerfully make your waffles for you. Checkout was also a breeze!! All in all, a nice place to stay once you know how things work.

Location is 5 minutes from the strip I'm New Hope so it's very convenient

Cons:

Ran out of hot water at 9 am so that was disappointing and the bed needs to be replaced. Love to be close to the hubby but not both of us falling into the middle!
