Some of the on site garbage was still there upon departure that was there on our arrival

The tables are gone from upstairs underwhelming awning
Breakfast could use rotating /be hotter
Beer taps not working upstairs
The pool table is going to crash down and really hurt someone!!
Ice machines are in need of upgrade
Just so much wasted space and opportunity
Pool towels need to be gone through and a lot need to be removed

The place overall was run down. The only upgraded area was the pool. But the hours were weird. Not convenient The tennis courts looked abandoned. The rooms were ok - not a great value for the cost and I travel a lot. I would not stay again.

Upon arrival I went to the bar for a cold beverage and a quick meal. Service was AWFUL!! Except for the nice lady who brought out my food. It took a while for me to receive the check to pay as the bartender was busy watching the soccer game on tv.

Rooms need to updated, trash picked up from rooms and the actual grounds, like the tennis court were an eye sore. A little love could go a long way. The pool area was nice :)

Our room did not have a smoke detector. It did not have a sign on the door for the evacuation plan as do most hotels.
The door to the bathroom stuck and would not close.
There were numerous cobwebs outside with large spiders.
The AC worked, but it was a damp cool.

The staff, especially management were awful. The girl at the front desk failed to give me my ID back when we checked in. I completely understand that can happen and I was at fault too. But she just set it aside instead of letting me know. She could have called my room or cell. Instead I spent an hour frantically searching my car, purse, and luggage for it before I remembered I had given it to her. I went to the desk to get it, she just laughed, handed it to me and said, “I thought you’d be back for this!” In addition, the manager/owner walked around constantly talking on his cell phone and didn’t even acknowledge guests as he walked by. I don’t expect him to make small talk but eye contact, a smile and a “good morning” is usually what you’d expect. I always greet my customers. Even if he is busy on the
phone, a smile, eye contact and a head nod would be polite. It has a lot to offer if it was utilized well, there are great spaces at this hotel. A beautiful courtyard with seating, a great pool area, a great bar area with extra seating, an entertainment area that could really be used much better. The restaurant menu does not have enough food to be called a restaurant, it’s more like a snack bar. The bar was only open 5-10pm which is very odd. The pool bar was open if/when the pool was open. The pool was opened whenever they felt like opening it. The first day we went at noon (sign said it opened at 10) and had to ask them to open it. A young man, clearly aggravated, came to open it. They were supposedly booked solid but we encountered very few guests and the parking lot was practically empty. The entertainment venue where they were supposed to have live entertainment was never opened during our 4 day stay in June. I don’t know how this hotel stays in business with barely any guests and management not utilizing the great spaces this hotel has to offer.

The gym was the worst hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Seriously. Might as well have not had one at all. Breakfast was terrible.

The stuff it was this young lady who was very weird I lie to you not the first incident was the maid she knocked on the door and she still opened the door the 1 .2. Is when we got locked out which was definitely on purpose cuz nobody didn’t that but that young lady we noticed she kept walking on the second floor so I knew something was up oh let’s not forget how racism that place was when we got in the pool every one got out the minute we stepped in ohhhh not to mention the assholes watched like are you fr? Seriously y’all need to do better the only person who was helpful to us was that Jamaican girl and that maintenance man everybody else is ass I understand other people had concerns, but nothing didn’t really start happening until that young lady with the short bob for nothing cause we was in our room and we were about to go downstairs to smoke and then when we went to go test it, it wasn’t working all of a sudden, but when other people was behind the desk, it was fine. I don’t know if she did something to our card were not in there or maybe when we were in there she deactivated it the first time and then didn’t even scan it. The first time the Jamaican girl had to tell her so we will not be coming back. I know you don’t like hearing this but y’all need to cause y’all are racist straight up and y’all shouldn’t make people feel like that when they come to stay at your residency but all you care about is the money, right ?right. oh and it was a dead roach and a spider in our room. Y’all need to update our rooms update the hotel everything about it or just close it down.💯
