the lady at check in was super kind, the shuttle bus service was clear and its nice they book u into a slot so youre sure you can get on. the rooms are amazing, the bathroom was beautiful and the bed super comfortable. i got a small upgrade durinf check in and got free wine, and theres a kettle in your room with tea and coffee which i absolutely love! 10/10

The night-shift staff could do with a friendlier face. If you arrive at 23h00 with a screaming baby, you've had enough for the day and a friendly greeting and perhaps help to my room (since I was obviously one and had too many things, plus a stroller and a very sad baby), would have been amazing.
The lifts are very narrow, so I had to unload all my stuff (screaming baby in one arm), to fold the stroller, just to get into the lift. That was ver y inconvenient
Sehr laut, vorne Industriestraße,hinten Industrie mit Geräten auf dem Dach laufen 24. Stunden. Also kein Lüften möglich.
Flughafen Schuttle nur Morgens bis 10:30 und einmal Abends.
En general,todo estuvo bien,desde la recepción hasta la habitación y salida al aeropuerto.
Lo que no me gustó en absoluto es que el autobús del hotel,no tenga el horario completo de todo el día.LLegamos a las dos de la tarde al aeropuerto,llamé al hotel y me dijeros que hasta las seis y cuarto,no había servicio de autobús.El gasto suplementario de taxi,25 euros.Y encima pagas más de 200 euros por una noche sin desayuno.

When we went down to breakfast someone came into our locked room and stole all my US dollars that I had in a small pouch tucked away under my clothes in my suitcase. We were gone less than 1 hour! We were only in the hotel for 1 night..no need for a maid or anyone to come into our room before we checked out.
We had a great stay at Best Western Plus Alfa Aeropuerto Barcelona. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home.
Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep before continuing our travels.
One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was an excellent selection of fresh and delicious options, making it a great way to start the day.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Barcelona.

The stone flooring in the shower. It is very slippery when it’s wet, and there are no grab bars to hold on to.
