Sufficiente e no premium apartment
Pros:

L'appartamento è in un bel edificio in una zona centrica, molto comoda per visitare la città.
Bagno pulito e in linea generale tutto l'appartamento.

Cons:

L'appartamento è " freddo" quasi senz'anima..ma questo è un gusto personale.

Le foto su booking.com credo siano le foto di quando la struttura ha aperto. Ora tutto è più usurato. E si nota.

Oggettivamente però ci sono cose che mancano e per un appartamento credo siano essenziali.

Cucina: manca lo scolapasta.. quindi cucini la pasta e poi?
Un solo coltello.
Non ci sono boul per i cereali
Dei 3 faretti sul soffitto della cucina, solo 1 funziona. Quindi la zona rimane buia.
In camera da letto non ci sono le lampade da comodino. solo una luce centrale. Quindi se uno vuole dormire e l'altro leggere...non è possibile.
Il balcone è grande, ma ha la vista su un muro e privo di ombra.. impossibile usarlo fino a tardo pomeriggio, anche perché le sedie sono incandescenti. E comunque il tavolino esterno e le sedie andrebbero cambiate

Non c'è scopa, paletta, mocio..
In sintesi tutto molto sommario..

Parecchi mobili sono " gonfi" probabilmente dovuto all'acqua.. sia il mobile bagno che alcuni sportelli della cucina.
Sicuramente tutto l'alloggio ha visto momenti migliori.
Se solo serve per dormire va bene.

We were cheated.You promised a place for three persons. It had a normal bed for two persons only.

Incredibly uncomfortable, painful sofa pullout bed. Sleeping on it was a torture. Mold on bathroom. Horrible view on trash filled yards.

Good apartment at convenient location
Pros:

Good location: Can park car outside for a short time to unload suitcases, but use large 'Silo Auto' car park very near by for longer term parking. Very close to Trindade Metro station for quick access to centre of town. Good Auchan mini-market store 10 minute walk. Good bar/restaurant next door.
Good host: Quickly responded to minor issues and queries.
Simple access via key code and key box.

Cons:

Bed is comfortable, but bedroom cramped. Large lounge, but sparsely furnished. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped.

El departemento está bien amueblado, es cómodo y la decoración es de buen gusto. La ubicación es muy buena y el living comedor cocina tiene amplios ventanales con linda vista.

Cons:

La iluminación nocturna de los cuartos y comedor me resultó deficiente. Sugiero mejorarla sobre todo pensando en que vayan personas mayores
