Payment, Deposit & Pre-Authorization:
Unless prior arrangements are in place, we will process payment for your stay on arrival to the hotel. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented upon check-in for the registering guest. The card should match the name of the reservation as made and must be presented for Chip & Pin verification. It is not possible to pre-pay for a third party guest due to GDPR and privacy restrictions. We reserve the right to receive payment or request pre-authorization of the full amount for the stay period based on the credit card details provided upon check-in. We do not accept cash payment for room reservations. We do not accept debit cards to secure rooms or for pre-authorization on check-in due to ongoing issues with releasing same. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause guests.
Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the booker’s credit card up to 4 days prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorized amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account at this point, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within one week depending on the issuing bank.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Everything it was clean and very central b reackfast was very good and staff were lovelynoth
Nothing it was fab
I was put on the 3rd floor I explain that I had a knee issue. I asked if I could be moved. I stopped for 45 minutes to get my bag to my room thought the manager would reach out to me. No one did so now I’m on the third floor trapped because I can’t do the stairs up and down the elevator is out no one here seems to care.
Staff as always lovely
Room very small and next to linen cupboard for staff and door banging a lot . Have stayed a lot over years and this was very disappointing room

great location, walking distance to everything, staff is incredibly kind and helpful. breakfast was great, cant think of a better place to stay!
Myself and my family went for a meal in Hannigans Bar. Our meals were beautiful, but what I really wanted to mention was how nice the staff were with my Dad who has Alzheimer’s and mobility issues. A big shout out to Tyler and Brendan who were so kind and helpful to him - nothing was too much for them. We had two young children with us too and Brendan was great with them. Thank you so much, we’ll be back again!
The staff on a recent hen party couldn’t do enough for us, so accommodating and friendly really made the experience. Clean rooms and lovely people at the front desk. We had dinner in Hannigans and it was gorgeous and an amazing selection

Central location, very friendly staff and very homely hotel, bed was super comfortable
Narrow corridors to bedroom
Lovely friendly staff throughout the hotel, breakfast was good but nothing special. We were on 3rd floor and had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs as the lift was broken for the whole time we were there. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room especially in an Executive room which is what we purchased, not sure extra money from the next grade down was worth it. No nice views from the small window, didn’t feel very Premium.
Every time I stay here it gets better and better the food the room and more importantly the staff were extremely friendly and helpful each member couldn’t do enough for my dad and I

The International Hotel is perfect for a short stay in Killarney, particularly when travelling by train. It is a short walk from the station. Lovely room, great breakfast and really nice staff. Perfect!
This is a beautiful hotel and very clean. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. While one of our rooms was rather small, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was there was no soundproofing from the outside. People were around the area talking and drinking until well past midnight. Then before 7 in the morning a cleaning crew was using loud blowers to clean up the debris. This happened both nights of our stay, so we weren’t able to sleep well.
