Parece um AirB&B, não um Hotel Boutique

Quarto confortável mas não muito grande!

Cons:

Não existe área de recepção, restaurante, espaço comum. Parece um AirB&B, principalmente no atendimento. O café da manhã é servido no restaurante embaixo do prédio, é bem modesto e o serviço é péssimo. Muito aquém para “Hotel Boutique”! Definitivamente não voltaria.

Viihtyisä, siisti hotelli lähellä kaikkea.
Pros:

Siisti, kauniisti sisustettu, tilava huone. Hyvät sängyt. Herkullinen aamiainen viihtyisässä ympäristössä. Sijainti erinomainen, historiallinen keskusta vieressä, oopperatalo ja Albertina toisella puolen katua. Retkipäivinä, jolloin aikainen lähtö ennen aamiaista, saimme eväsaamiaisen kassiin pakattuna mukaan hotellilta. Ystävällinen henkilökunta tavattavissa ympäri vuorokauden. Loistava hotelli.

Der freundliche Empfang beim Ein- und Ausschecken.
Zwar in Englischer Sprache obwohl man sich in einem europäischen Land befindet. Aber davon kann man absehen.
Das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein großer begehbarer Raum - für die Größe komplett ausreichend. Jedoch hat es kein Erscheinungsbild einer Präsidenten—Suite.

Cons:

1. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar - daher sollte eine weiterführende Kooperation mit dem anwesenden Restaurant überarbeitet werden. Denn im 500 Meter entfernt gelegenen Café Museum erhält man echte Wiener Spezialitäten.

Café da manhã excelente, bem como a localização do hotel. Perto de tudo porém distante da agitação o que confere calma ao local. O quarto é silencioso e as amenidades são ótimas. Cama confortável.

Cons:

O hotel poderia ter uma copa (com micro-ondas ou bules para água quente) para poder esquentar alguns alimentos rápidos.
