Unglaublich gute Lage, schöne Ausstattung, tolles Frühstück, mega freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, Sauberkeit war hervorragend, die Einrichtung wirklich gut durchdacht und die Nespressomaschine und das gratis Wasser waren ein Highlight. War sehr zufrieden. Echt top

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch toll im Zimmer überhaupt jetzt wo es wieder kälter wird aber ansonsten gibt es alles bei euch was man braucht, ich war schon in vielen Hotels, eures hat überzeugt.

Zijn geld niet waard
Pros:

De ligging gezien we avondje opera hadden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt, weinig, inspiratieloos en vuile ontbijtruimte. 2de dag zijn we elders gaan eten ondanks dat het ontbijt betaald was. Boek hier nooit ontbijt, voldoende alternatieven in de buurt.
Daarnaast haren in badkamer en lange zwarte haar in bed. Zeker niet van ons gezien kort haar blond en grijs.
Buiten de receptie is het personeel onverzorgd.
