Pros:

В целом всё хорошо. Немного напрягло, что в пиковые часы ходил только один лифт, приходилось долго ждать.

快適な３泊でした！
•観光するのに便利な立地
•朝食がとても美味しい（特にパンが美味しかった）
•部屋が清潔
•バスルームの水圧が十分でした
•USBの差し込み口がベッドの横にあり充電がしやすかった
•チェックインの日に枕元に置かれていたチョコレートがとても美味しかったです

תמורה מצוינת לכסף , אומנם מלון 4 כוכבים אבל בוטיק מסודר יפה ונקי ברמות הצוות אדיב ומסביר פנים.
האזור מעולה למי שרוצה לטייל בוינה , רק 7 דקות מתחנת מטרו של קרלפאץ הנגעשה לכל האזורים

הכל היה בסדר לא מצאנו על מה להתלונן, לגבי האוכל אנחנו יהודים אז מן הסתם היה אפשר לשפר

Das Personal macht dieses Hotel aus!
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich! Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption können einem sehr gut weiterhelfen! Auch die hilfsbereite und freundliche Dame am Frühstück, ich glaube sie war die Chefin vom Dienst, war sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in Gehdistanz zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Es hat alles gepasst.

Beautiful holidays !
Pros:

A beautiful hotel, near the center of Vienna, very comfortable with a great team (reception, breakfast service, bar...), high level of service, the staff is very professionnal, answering all our questions about history, museum, restaurant. All the hotel was very clean (hall, rooms...). The price is correct (like a beautiful hotel) but all the services are like a palace. The atmosphere of the shared spaces was very cosy, we feel relaxed. The room are very calm, no noisy.

Great stay at the Hotel Kaiserhof Wien
Pros:

Stayed here for 4 days with family, location is excellent in a quiet side street and about a 10 minute walk into the city centre. Metro and trams are a 5 minute walk. Excellent breakfast choice with everything you could want hot and cold with pastries and wine should you want it. All staff were very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Vienna was very hot when in July and the air conditioning worked very well keeping us cool. Vienna has a lot to offer and the nearby restaurants were superb. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, the barman was very hospitable and talked to all guests.
All in all a great stay thank you very much.

Excellent hotel experience
Pros:

Beautiful hotel near Opera House. There were delicious sacher cakes waiting for us when we arrived, and on my birthday a cold bottle of sparkling wine! The room was very good and the breakfast excellent.

Pros:

The hotel was perfect in every way, central location but still quiet and easy to get around using the underground. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent, and rooms spacious and comfortable. Would recommend staying here when visiting Vienna.

Would definitely return to this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was generous high quality and very tasty. The staff were friendly and chatty and made great coffees. Location was central and accessible.

Cons:

The beds were pulled together and whilst we asked for them to be separated into twins they never were. We only asked once tho. Wasn’t a big deal.

Clean, nice, awesome staff, great location.
Pros:

This hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and nice. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and the bar in the evenings, and it was also in a great location, walking distance from the city-center activities and easy access to the U-bahn.
