As a solo traveller in my 60s I stayed here for a few nights - it’s really close to everything, and is the quintessential Vienna hotel - great breakfasts, fresh flowers, beautiful rooms and a really safe area. Couldn’t fault anything.

The breakfast was great. A rich variety of fresh and delicious food.

I want to say thankyou very much to this hotel for our week in Vienna. From our first steps in the door the reception was amazing. To then be warmly greeted by the passing housekeeping staff, breakfast staff, maintenance staff was incredible across all 6 nights. Bed was comfy, you can request different pillows if you so wish and rooms were nice and quiet.
Honestly cannot think of anything
The staff in this hotel are exceptional.… From the front desk to the dining room…everyone greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast had a wonderful selection. The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the historic centre of Vienna. Everything is within walking distance, but if you fancy using the underground or tram, they are both close by.

The staff were delightful from reception, restaurant and cleaning lady; I didn't add breakfast to my booking, but the hotel gave it to us free anyway, and it was FABULOUS; evening restaurant selections were too, and the pastries, made for the hotel with their name in gold, were heavenly.
Not a problem for us, but possibly for others: there are some stairs to the elevator. There may be a solution to this, but it wasn't immediately obvious.
The location was very convenient, it was within walking distance to the station, halal restaurants, attractions. Also the neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. The room was spacious, clean, neat and comfortable. Toilet was clean and had a grand look about it. (not an old looking creepy toilet)

The breakfast range was outstanding, the staff were lovely and the table we ate from had fresh laundry which was excellent.
The room we stayed in was small and the noise outside disturbed our sleep. We asked for a quiet room which we feel we did not get. Also, the duvets were very hot, we got lighter duvets but they were still very warm. Suggest 1 tog duvets could be used, alternatively blankets and sheets.
Beautiful hotel, very updated, great location and great breakfast. Would highly recommend to our family and friends.
