Excellent séjour !
Tout était parfait : le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel, le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité, et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal.

Die citynahe Lage und doch ruhig..Im Hotel wird den ganzen Tag frisches Wasser mit Minzblättern,Erdbeeren und Zitrone angeboten.Es gibt jeden Tag eine grosse Flasche Wasser.aufs Zimmer.Das Frühstücksbüffet ist auf den ersten Blick klein...aber es wird alles angeboten was man auch aus größeren Häusern kennt...das umfasst Lachs genau so wie Eierspeisen die frisch zubereitet werden.und Versch.Müsli.Sogar der Sekt steht bereit.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen trifft es nicht.Man muss wissen,dass ein altes Haus...sehr romantisch und verspielt eingerichtet ist.unser Bad war wirklich sehr klein und es gab keine separate Dusche.Dass wir uns trotzdem wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden würden,sollten wir Wien nochmal besuchen sagt eigentlich alles aus Vielen Dank für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación, la alfombra estaba sucia, nos renovaron parcialmente las toallas, solicitamos un apoyo para otra maleta y dijeron que no. El desayuno, se esmeran en la presentación, pero no es variado.

Lovely charming hotel in a perfect situation for visiting Vienna's attractions.
Pros:

We loved the charming decor and the spacious room with a great bed and huge bathroom. We didn't have breakfast there. The location is excellent, situation slightly off the main pedestrian area and close to anything you'd want to see in the heart of Vienna.

Cons:

The room's windows gave onto a dark and tiny inner courtyard. We were on the first floor, so the other windows look down on us. We felt better after drawing the curtains, but it was quite dark. Fortunately we were out most of the time so it didn't really matter.
