First but not the last time.
Pros:

Great location, very easy access to landmarks. Rooms are of good quality, size and cleanliness. I do recommend to have better quality pillows at least 2 per person large plush size. The available pillows we used were too flat and minimal head support. Good breakfast, options were decent. It’s in a quiet street, less traffic. It’s a very relaxed area. Staff were helpful and polite. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Definitely worth a visit and book in your future travels.

Absolutely superb in every way
Pros:

What an amazing hotel. Lovely large comfortable mattress and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. The hotel offers so many extras; in the reception area you can help yourself all day to tea, coffee, water, pastries, fruit, sweets (candies) and five different flavours of ice cream in either cones or tubs and free use of umbrellas. I have never stayed in a hotel that has offered so many extras and it made a big impression. Don't look any further, this hotel is exceptional.

Pros:

Very central location.
Good parking facilities across the road in a secure garage.
Good size junior suite on the 8th floor.
Very easy to locate and park outside to unload luggage.

Cons:

There was a TV in both the lounge and bedroom and although they had separate remotes they were identical, so a lot of the time when you used one remote in one room it operated the TV in the other and was quite annoying.
In all the years staying in different hotels etc, it was the first time someone would come round at 10.20am at breakfast and say we will be finishing in 10 minutes.

Too expensive for the type of room

Quietness

Cons:

Bathroom configuration and the inconvenience of the shower head to where the facet is. The half glass on the tub was also not very convenient.
