Quiet, friendly and clean hotel close to the attractions.
Pros:

Excellent location close to the museums and attractions, but still in a silent street. Room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast with friendly service and wide selection. All the personnel at the hotel was very friendly.

Amazing stay, clean, close to everything and everywhere with kind staff and a great breakfast.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Walking to the very centre of Vienna we’re basically everything is to took approximately 8 minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel is extremely high. Everything you need or expect is catered for within your room. Breakfast was lovely with a large variety of options for all. The check in and check out was easy with extremely nice staff. In regards to staff Anna and ola were amazing as was Michael the porterMichael. A special thanks to Joanna the cleaner who worked hard every day and was smiling and friendly everyday. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel it is pretty much perfect we loved our stay for 5 days.

Cons:

The room was slightly warm without the air conditioning on however the air conditioning sorted the issue out or leaving the window open also worked. This really was a minor issue.

Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Die Toilette im Zimmer ist vom Bad getrennt. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und von hoher Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, praktisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 30min Fussweg zu erreichen und dennoch ruhige Lage.
Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Klage auf sehr hohen Niveau: Die Croissants und pain au chocolat waren labrig.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la habitación, lo que menos la bañera prefería ducha, el wc era un poco bajo, las almohadas muy blandas se hundía la cabeza y la limpieza diaria no parecía que barrieran el suelo de un día para otro seguía habiendo alguna suciedad en el suelo. Desayuno bien pero siempre lo mismo.
