Wonderful stay in Vienna at a lovely hotel. We will stay here again if we are in Vienna!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast is the best we have ever had in many visits to Austria. Rooms were very quiet allowing for a good nights sleep.

Cons:

The pillows were awful, but this is an Austria wide thing. We have never had decent pillows in Austria and it did affect our sleep quality for the first couple of nights. We requested additional ones but they were no better. Don’t let this put you off though as everywhere seems to be the same.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, zum Stephansdom nur wenige Minuten sowie auch die U-Bahn-Station Herrengasse. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, die belebten Einkaufsstraßen direkt um die Ecke und trotzdem liegt das Hotel in einer angenehm ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Das Hotel selbst sowie die Zimmen befinden sich in einem gepflegtem Zustand und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es sind die vielen Kleinigkeiten die den Aufenthalt angenehm und einen Unterschied machen, z.B. standen Regenschirme zur freien Verfügung bereit - haben wir gerne genutzt - oder das in der Lobby jederzeit frisches Obst, Wasserspender oder die kleinen Gläser mit Süßigkeiten zur Verfügung standen. Nicht vergessen möchte ich die Fächer auf dem Zimmer für heiße Sommertage.
Das Zimmer war klimatisiert - die Temperatur konnten wir selbst regulieren - und wir hatten wie gewünscht ein Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche, sehr angenehm. Es war ein leistungsstarker Fön vorhanden und der Kleiderschrank hatte eine ausreichende Anzahl von Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung was in Hotels oft keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig, man hat sich morgens wirklich darauf gefreut. Eine tolle Auswahl und für jeden etwas dabei!
Besonders möchten wir die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter hervorheben, ob am Empfang oder beim Frühstück. Nochmals auch vielen Dank an die junge Dame am Empfang (Nachmittag-/Abendschicht), sie hat uns jeden Tag mit Ihren Empfehlungen für Restaurants in der Umgebung unterstützt und entsprechende Reservierungen für uns organisiert. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür 🤗
Empfehlung: Um die Ecke ist ein tolles Cafe/Restaurant "Zum schwarzen Kameel" (kein Schreibfehler 😉)

Szenzációs hely.
Pros:

Nagyon szép, tiszta szobák, nagyon kedves segítőkész személyzet. Mind a recepción mind a reggeli felszolgálásánál nagyon kedves figyelmesek voltak. Elképeszően nagy választék van a reggelinél és a reggelihez hozzátartozik a rendes, nagyon finom főzött kávé amilyen formában csak szeretné a vendég nem a szokásos szállodai lötty. Ezzel külön is belopták magukat a szívembe. Bent van a városban, minden főbb látnivaló sétatáv ami messzebb van az is jól elérhető tömegközlekedéssel.

Ideal ai quieres tranquilidad y estar céntrico
Pros:

Las habitaciones espaciosas, baño impecable, limpio, servicio amable, desayuno con variedad y de todo para todos los gustos, camas cómodas. Al lado de la recepción siempre tienen puesto agua fría y caliente para infusiones, chuches y manzanas, un detallazo cuando vuelves al hotel después de un dia de visitas.

Cons:

Por decir algo, las almohadas algo blanditas y no hay opción de cenar algo sencillo. Aunque no fue un problema.
