Great hotel in prime location.
Pros:

We had a great check-in with an amazing hotel staff when we first came in May. We had a two-night stay and the staff, location, and hotel decor was great. I had an issue that was resolved by management and I was very much impressed by their customer service as well. Thank you again to all of the staff and management.

Best stay in Europe!
Pros:

The Regent Garden Astotel in Paris was a wonderful place to stay. It possesses all the charm you would hope for in a stay in Paris. The beautiful terrace garden was a lovely retreat from the busy day of city exploring. This hotel is nestled in a quaint French neighborhood with many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We found the staff to be incredibly warm and inviting. Even though we were a large family traveling together the staff was accommodating. They are set up well for both young families, couples, and individuals traveling for various reasons. When I come back to Paris this is the only place I will stay!

Great hotel in a wonderful location
Pros:

Actually - this survey is not on the hotel Regent’s Garden but on another Astotel hotel, the Malte Astotel: when we arrived at the hotel they had an AC problem hence they transferred us with no charge and at their expense to the Malte hotel from the same chain located beside the Louvre. It was a wonderful hotel! Very good location, great room, very good breakfast and very nice staff.

5 gece yaptığımız konaklamada tesis konumu ve bahçesi, yatakların konforu.

5 gece yaptığımız konaklamada klimaların arızalı olması ve her gün sorduğumuzda yarın yapılacak demeleri. hava çok sıcak olduğu için problem yaşadık. 3 gece sonunda vantilatör getirdiler. Ama yinede faydası olmadı. Son derece sıkıntılıydı. Ödemeyi önden yapmış olmamız ve gece ulaştığımız için o saatten sonra başka yer aramamak için değiştirmedim. Eğer klimalar konusunda otele varmadan önce bilgi vermiş olsalardı başka otel mutlaka bakardım.
