Pros:

Das Frühstück hatte ein grosse Auswahl und alles sehr gut. Gianfranco hat uns mit seinem Humor den Start in den Tag echt mit good Vibes gefüllt. Die Lage des Hotels war auch gut.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war für mich viel zu klein, ich musste mich immer seitlich bewegen, weil kein Platz war.
Das Zimmer war auch nicht ganz sauber und im Bad lagen noch Haare herum.

Un piacevole soggiorno in occasione del mega concerto di Ultimo del 4 luglio 2026
Pros:

La posizione strategica, vicinissima alla metropolitana.
La camera di discrete dimensioni e l'ottima pulizia.
Una colazione buona e variegata, con vista panoramica sulla città.
Ma il vero punto forte è stata l'energia positiva e la simpatia del Signor Gianfranco!
È stato un vero piacere scambiare due chiacchiere e fare qualche risata con una persona così simpatica e al contempo così professionale!
Non sempre le due cose vanno di pari passo...

Cons:

La nostra camera era al 7. piano.
Rientrate all'alba c'era un forte rumore (spostamento di mobili, ecc.) proveniente dal piano superiore.
Non abbiamo capito se si trattasse della sala colazioni o della pulizia delle camere. Ho risolto con dei tappi nelle orecchie, ma sicuramente il rumore era troppo forte per garantire un riposo che ci si attende in una camera d'hotel.

Mesmo com essas observações gosto muito do hotel e espero que melhores nesses pontos.
Pros:

Acho o café da manhã razoável, o capuccino diário vinha frio para o paladar dos brasileiros.

Cons:

O quarto é o banheiro maiores e o café mais quente.

I'm disappointed about this hotel
Pros:

hotel staff was very helpful

Cons:

I found the room very dusty and in need of cleaning upon check-in. They supposedly cleaned it every day, but only the bed sheets, because there was dust in the room every day.

La camera tripla era molto stretta ed era difficile muoversi. Migliorabile anche l’offerta della colazione dolce, mentre per la colazione salata ottima varietà
