Pros:

Although the neighborhood where the hotel is located is somewhat sociologically sparse, there are no significant risks or threats. The lobby is excellent. The breakfast was truly superb, both in terms of content, location, and atmosphere.

Cons:

The most serious problem was that the central ventilation system was very noisy. Since there was no separate air conditioner in the room, cooling and heating were done centrally. However, the "roaring" ventilation system was very, very disturbing. I couldn't sleep without wearing headphones. Moreover, the cooling performance was poor.
We also had a problematic experience regarding customer satisfaction. On our last day, we had to leave the hotel at 6:00 AM because we were going to catch an early train. When we asked if we could have a sandwich to take with us before breakfast, which started at 7:00 AM, they said they could fulfill our request for 2 euros per sandwich. This was quite upsetting for us. The staff were very good and polite. It was clear that this request was entirely a product of the hotel's management policy.

Accoglienza super , cordialità, posizione interessante per raggiungere tutti i punti principali della città e vicino la stazione centrale. Camere pulite, accoglienti, letto comodo.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück war gut. Parkplatz Reservierung mit Aufpreis von 10€ war möglich. Gebühr für den Hund 10€. Parkgarage ist sehr klein und hat eine enge Auffahrt. Mit einem großen Auto und Heckbox eine schweißtreibende Angelegenheit rein und raus zu fahren . Hat aber geklappt 🤣🥵

Cons:

Inzwischen könnte das Mobiliar in den Zimmern erneuert werden.

Buona posizione per i mezzi pubblici e vicino ad una strada con diversi negozi e servizi.
La disponibilità di avere parcheggio esterno o in garage ad un costo aggiuntivo.
Buona colazione abbastanza variegata.
Internamente la struttura sembra sia stata ristrutturata di recente.
Staff molto disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione è buona verso l'esterno, meno tra le camere e sul corridoio.
A parte questo, nulla da segnalare.
