Vi er ikke sikre på at vi kommer igen hvis man ikke kan få lovning på at gå et værelse bortvendt fra Park alle. Jeg er m

Fin og central beliggenhed og dejligt at vi, som aftalt i god tid i forvejen, men som var blevet glemt at allokere, alligevel endte med at få et værelse ind mod gården. Vi havde dog ønsket at vi som kunder ikke havde modtaget en mail om at vi ikke fik et roligt værelse og at jeg måtte ‘true’ med at flytte hotel hvis vi ikke fik et værelse som aftalt. Det skulle personalet bare have fixet og så havde vi haft en bedre oplevelse med servicen og det vi var blevet lovet

Cons:

Morgenmaden var simpelthen for kedelig. Kedeligt og halvtørt brød og boller. Dårlig kaffe og generelt en oplevelse af at det mere var kvantitet fremfor kvalitet. Vi ville til enhver tid foretrække færre ting men til gengæld god kvalitet. Og især brødet gav en ærgerlig oplevelse da det var virkelig kedeligt

A lovely hotel with excellent amenities in a convenient location
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful in providing information and responding to requests. Breakfast, all hours coffee/tea, and afternoon snack were great. I would definitely stay at the Ritz again.

Cons:

No problems noticed.

La situación,muy céntrico.También el desayuno muy variado incluido en el precio.

Bortset fra ovennævnte var det et godt ophold.
Pros:

Der var gratis kaffe kage frugt og snack om eftermiddagen. God placering nær alt i byen. Super dejlig morgenmad.

Cons:

Der var en gennemgående madras i sengen så man lå som i en vandseng når den anden person bevægede sig. Der var kun en fast høj bruser så man var tvunget til at få vådt hår i badet.

A Great Stay
Pros:

A great central location for easy walking around the city. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We could open the windows for fresh air. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks, tea & coffee from the lobby. The breakfast down in the wine cellar was great, with a good hot & cold selection. Paid parking onsite was very good. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only thing to mention is the water spraying out from the shower wets the bathroom floor considerably.

Rigtig hyggeligt hotel med masser af charme.
Søde og venlige receptionister. Dog syntes jeg, som engang selv var i servicebrancen, at den ansatte ved morgenmaden ligeså stille bare skulle sætte låget på æggene, hvilket jeg glemte, da jeg stod med mit handicappede barn, i stedet for at påtale det - uanset hvor pæn tone det blev sagt i.
Og hold da op - sikke kræfter man skal have, hvis man skal have sæbe udad beholderne på badeværelserne 😂

I visit Aarhus quite often and will not stay again at this hotel.

Everything:
- reception (no-one on the desk on my arrival - late in the evening but I had forewarned about my timeframe.
- general appearance of the hotel on arrival - work trolleys cluttering the entrance; delapidated lift ...
- bedroom - the worst room I have stayed in, in an international hotel. No single en-suite bathroom, the toilet and bathroom being separated; a dangerous step to the toilet; little opaque glass to the toilet area; no shelf for clothes (this is appalling); very cramped, even for a single bedroom.
- breakfast - very poor for an international hotel. Limited bread selection; limited yoghurt; no honey; very slow coffee machine; no fresh orange juice; poor selection of cold meats and cheese.

This was a totally unsatisfactory experience. It is evident that the hotel lacks major investment over the past many years. The hotel is uninviting in every respect; indeed, it is unpleasant.
