Sind nach Beschreibung davon ausgegangen, dass Pkw-Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Dies war aber leider nicht so. Erhielten die Auskunft, dass zusätzlich vorab eine Reservierung erforderlich gewesen wäre. Fazit: wenn dem so ist, dann sollte vorab in Hotelbeschreibung - spätestens aber in Buchungsbestätigung- darauf hingewiesen werden.
