close to the airport
It would be a good choice for passengers arriving in Reykjavik at midnight who might face difficulties getting around.

Great location right near the airport. Really appreciated the free airport shuttle to get back to the airport. Beds were very comfortable and blackout curtains were great.
I believe they only have one airport shuttle per day- or very limited shuttle times at least. We were fortunate that the timing worked for us to use it, otherwise the taxi rides to and from the hotel to the airport (3 min drive) are incredibly expensive.
Great location for a night before the airport. Shuttle service worked well.
Staff was rude and not really helpful at check in. They had a system problem but that is not a reason to be unfriendly to customers. And we had some bugs in the room.

The hotel overbooked so we were moved to Park Inn hotel. However, hotel took ownership and provided us with taxi service back to hotel and breakfast.
Park inn was also an excellent hotel. Rooms and breakfast were excellent.
Everything was great.
We did not stay at the Marriott Courtyard.
They switched us to the Kevlavik Konvin hotel for some reason Marriott never explained us.
In order to check that out we tried to make a direct reservation on the Marriott website. The Courtyard seems not to take reservations.

Bedroom too hot, although I turned down the thermostat as far as possible. Bed hard and sloped up in the middle. Tripped over stool with sticking out legs.
