Location to the airport was great. They offer shuttle service to the airport but not from the airport. The reception staff was very friendly and so thankful they allowed an early check in. The breakfast was good.

Nous avons quand même essayé d’appeler la réception dès notre arrivée pour que nous soyons transférer tout de suite dans une chambre, on nous a simplement dit que c’était impossible et que nous avions qu’à dormir de cette façon
La télé a des problèmes, elle s’allume toute seule en pleine nuit avec le volume à fond, nous avions eu le même problème l’année dernière et rien n’a changé

Staff completely mishandled booking a circle tour. I called prior to arrival to book and was told that there was no need, it could be easily done on arrival and departure from the hotel was available. On arrival, I was 1st told that was not the case and only 8 hour tours were to be had, leaving from town, then told a 10 am departure from bus stop 6 was doable. Computer machinations followed, success declared, and advise to cab in a little before 9 given. The tour left at 8:30. Three different staffers muddled through with an an obvious lack of confidence and unfamiliarity with the booking processes and the computer entry process. We wasted a beautiful day repeating volcano museum simulations in town and left Iceland without experiencing its natural beauty.
