No me gusto que me avisaran el mismo dia que mi reserva se había cancelado, si lo hacen con anticipación me da el tiempo a moverme, no cuando estoy por salir en avión.

Não conseguimos ajustar o ar central, então o quarto estava extremamente quente, tivemos que dormir de janela aberta.

O hotel e excelente facil acesso do lado dos pontos importantes Shopping e restaurantes. A limpeza e o Restaurante do Hotel é excelente agradeço os funcionários Berta (limpeza) e Jaqueline (Restaurante) foram muito prestativas e educadas. Não posso deixar de informar que o serviço de Wi-Fi do Hotel é excelente precisei trabalhar alguns dias e não tive problema nenhum de acesso e instabilidade.
Não tive problemas com nenhum com o Hotel, ponto de atenção são os horários do comercio do Chile, horário de abertura dos restaurantes sempre se informem e os horarios do cafe da manhã.
Localização é excelente, uma quadra do MUT.
Limpeza impecável.
Nos dias em que há eventos no hotel, a noite fica mais barulhenta.
