All the staff was friendly, they arranged a convenient room to be close to other relatives. The breakfast was amazing! Location is also amazing.
Doesn't have a pool, in summer that could be convenient given the intense heat in this city
Pésima la atención del personal, me dejaron esperando para poder estacionar mi vehículo luego de un tiempo , me preguntan si me retiraba del lugar, aun no estacionaba mi vehículo,me dijeron q no había estacionamiento, después de entrar en recepción la persona q atiende con un cara de desagradable.

La ubicación y limpieza.
Camas excelentes, travesseiros muito bom, limpeza da equipe excelente, café da manhã muito bom. Jantamos uma noite no hotel e a comida estava uma delícia. Na entrada ganhamos de cortesia dois drinks muito bons do bar do hotel.
Não houve nada que tenha desabonado o hotel,
nosso tempo de estadia foi maravilhoso

Lo único que se salva es la ubicación
Habitación minúscula y baño aún más pequeño. Cama a ras de suelo y colchón viejo. La limpieza y el cuidado bastante deficiente. La primera habitación que me dieron tenía la mampara rota, no tenía ventana y varias otras cosas rotas

No estaba bien limpio el baño, la pieza demasiado pequeña, la mampara del baño traslucía la luz del baño lo que es muy incómodo en la noche
