It was quite good overall.
Pros:

It was near the airport, the shuttle bus service was timely and efficient, rooms were very clean and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Two things I need to mention: I asked for an extra decaf coffee pod and was told there’s only one per room. That is policy. I then negotiated a return of one of the other coffee pods for a decaf Pod. I went to the room and brought the other pod to the front desk, which they exchanged for me. Staff were kind about it but I think it puts staff in an awkward position; it seemed quite silly and not consumer friendly to me. But it was good for a laugh!!
The lighting in the room was very dim so it was very hard to see - for instance, reading the directions for how to use the coffee machine was almost impossible.

Pros:

Très bien situé pour une nuit en stopover pour un long voyage avec correspondance. Très comfortable et propre.

No more. Es gibt bessere Hotels am Flughafen
Cons:

Frühstück nicht inclusive, Shuttlebus vom Flughafen wird mit 2 andere Hotels geteilt . Damit „kämpfen „ ca 100 Personen um einen Platz im kleinen Bus der nur alle 30 min fährt. Haben ca 1,5 Std außerhalb des Terminals gewartet. Nicht akzeptabel.

Very nice, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

We missed the breakfast because we needed the 600 shuttle. We had expected bagged breakfasts which I've had with other hotels.

Good for a pre-flight stay and shuttle service.
Pros:

Nice modern decor. Good food at restaurant. Shuttle came for us at Dorval train station- much appreciated!

Cons:

Too dark in hallways and overall with black carpet, etc. Most important: booked a queen and believe we got a double. Bed was very small.
