Perfectly located in the center

The location is perfectly situated in the heart of Madrid, and the room is beautiful with a classic decorative style. It was impeccably clean, and the pillows were excellent. Everything was truly perfect. I would like to commend the housekeeping service, which is outstanding. I must also express my gratitude to the staff, who went out of their way to assist me with an issue upon my arrival. Although it is a somewhat expensive place to stay, the quality of the service justifies the cost.

La ubicación fue perfecta para mis propósitos (tours fotográficos y eventos), el personal siempre solícito y amable, todo impecable, excelente el arreglo e higiene de la habitación. Pros:

Lo mejor de todo fue la ubicación. En plena Gran Vía, en el corazón de Madrid, cerca de muchas líneas de metro y de numerosos puntos turísticos. El equipo del hotel fue muy simpático.

Con el encanto de lo antiguo y el cuidado de lo impecable
Pros:

El hotel no es barato, pero merece cada euro que se paga. Lo que más impresiona es, sin duda, lo que se encuentra en su parte más alta: la posibilidad de disfrutar de unas vistas espectaculares de Madrid desde el mismo centro de la ciudad, desde una de sus extraordinarias torres. Una experiencia realmente única.

it as a nice hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

hotel is an excellent location. walking distance to the royal palace and many restaurants and shops. room was nice and clean. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel. a million options to choose from at the GRAN VIA and not as pricey.

Cons:

It would be nice if the hotel had some amenities, besides the 9th terrace that is only open from 3.30 to 11.00 or. due to the lack of space, a pool is out of question but maybe a gym would be doable.

Elhelyezkedes, nagy egy ágyas szoba, nagy egyszemelyes ágy, tisztaság, 9. Emeleten nagy tarsalgo, terasz, korlatlan kávé és tea

Cons:

Kicsit hangos az utca, reggelit nem mertük kipróbálni, mert a liftben kitett fotó nagyon szegényes reggelit reklámozott. Szobaban nem volt kavefozo.
