Провели отлично время , в таком потрясающем отеле со всеми удобствами !!!

Все понравилось , шикарный и удобный отель. Было все продумано до мелочей. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Было приятно найти при заселении шоколадные конфеты возле кровати . ❣️

Cons:

Понравилось абсолютно все , обязательно сюда вернемся , и буду советовать всем друзьям !!!

Brilliant location, brilliant room, brilliant experience.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Right on the Main Street, and it was quiet. The room was very comfortable and clean, and came with a great bathroom - it was very spacious! I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only thing I’ll mention here is the breakfast. For the price paid, I thought the breakfast would be of a higher quality. Some of the hot items also kept being used up, and it took a while to replace them, even though the restaurant was quite quiet.

Perfect hotel for a quick stay in Madrid
Pros:

It was a really nice hotel in a great location to tour Madrid. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The one man at the front desk who checked us in was not very friendly :(

Pros:

Classic hotel in the heart of Madrid. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Good dining recommendations too that were very nearby. Breakfast was also very good in a nice dining area overlooking the city. We’d stay here again should we return to the lovely city of Madrid.

Pros:

Staff very kind and available.
Position is absolutely central and you can quickly reach every place walking or if you prefer you have a metro station over in front of the hotel.
You are on the Gran Via street and you have a lot of shops, restaurants, and more close to you.
WIFI absolutely ok.
Room extra large and bathroom as well - you can find any kind of needs.
Absolutely clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Price is ok, even if for single use it is a little bit expensive, but for a couple it is perfect with respect of the hotel quality and services

יש לי שבר ברגל והביאו לי חדר נגיש יותר והשירות היה מעולה
זאת פעם שנייה שלי במלון הזה וכמובן שאני אחזור גם בפעם הבאה

Todo lo necesario para que tú estadía sea perfecta.
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo,la atención del personal excelente.Tiene una terraza con una vista inmejorable y dónde se puede tomar algo en los sillones y mesas disponibles.
El hotel te ofrece bata, pantuflas, y conectividad excelente.
El aire acondicionado es individual,y la limpieza y atención inmejorable.Te dejan bombones sobre la almohada,al atardecer, cuando preparan tu cuarto.

Ótimo para quem quer ficar no centro de Madrid
Pros:

Ótima localização e boa sonorização dos quartos com o barulho que vem da rua. O quarto era maior do que parecia nas fotos. Foram impecáveis comigo e ainda pude deixar as minhas coisas até a hora de ir para o aeroporto.

Nada.
