Not a great hotel, not bad but could have been so much better.
Pros:

Great central location. Nice, modern and clean rooms.

Cons:

Very loud drilling and banging noise close to our room each day we were there. When we reported it, it seemed to catch the reception staff by surprise!
Staff generally could have been more friendly.

Pros:

I booked while at the airport for an issue with another place to stay - this was amazing, I got there and they already had my room ready, it was a huge bedroom, the toiletries were abundant and great, way more than I imagined, the staff was all friendly, they helped me with the bus and metro as it was the weekend the pope was in town and it was a bit chaotic.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent in every way! My room was clean and comfy. Great AC. Great location. Helpful staff. Breakfast was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Madrid!

Pros:

ロケーション。部屋は清潔、ベッドは快適。屋上の素敵のお部屋で夕方、景色を見ながらコーヒーが無料で飲めた点。また、フラメンコの予約をしてもらったが、ネット価格よりちょっとだけ安かった。

空調。電源切っても冷房が切れなかった。
