Great and ideal location with comfortable lodgings
Pros:

Ample space, free parking by highway, kitchen with stove and fridge, as well as indoor pool and breakfast included.

Cons:

Cleanliness was questionable as bathroom smelled like urine. No slippers available.

Money is more important than customer satisfaction
Pros:

I made a booking and wanted to change the dates. I made the request through Booking.com and got a note that they sent the hotel the request. The hotel never responded to Booking.com. They sent me an email and said that Booking.com had to change the dates and charged me for one night even though I did not stay at the hotel. Very bad customer service. Will never book at this location.

Pros:

Хороший большой номер. Парковка, есть кухня, можно самим готовить. Ибо завтраки плохие.

Cons:

Завтрак плохой, булки, сосиски, омлет. Это всё. На ресепшене сказали, что завтрак до 10. Я спустился в 9-40, всё уже было закрыто. Особо не расстроился.

We will be back loved our stay
Pros:

We liked the breakfast that was provided, it was a big room with dishwasher microwaves and a fridge not a small bar fridge and there was a hot top to cook as well. As well as a sink and very close to other restaurants and shopping

Cons:

No bacon for breakfast but there were other choices and the pillows were very soft

Comfortable Stay for the family
Pros:

Staffs were kind and breakfast was good as well. Room is big enough for 3 people (2 adults + 1 kid). Room is cozy and quite (not noisy). Stove & microwave works well (other facitilites as well). If I come back, I'll stay at this facility.

Cons:

Cleaning is not that bad, but does not meet my expectations, but not a big deal for the stay.

Localisation et propreté.

Cons:

Malgré la propreté de la chambre, il y avait une odeur d’humidité qui subsiste.
Enfin, la literie du canapé lit devrait être remplacé.

Luxurious & comfortable stay
Pros:

Very comfortable beds & pillows. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Lack of towels provided to the rooms. The towels don’t dry properly because of no fans in the bathrooms & the water took a while to drain from the showers.
