The area the hotel is located. The water pressure in the shower. The a.c. works very well.
This place needs cosmetic help to the point where safety is an issue. The stairs steps are uneven, the blinds on the windows are all ripped, the front door has air gaps, the balcony door requires strength and effort. The cleaning is bare minimum because I found someone's else hair in different parts of the entire room and my socks were brown after a few steps in the room. I'm certain there was mold all over the place in the bathroom. Don't get me started on the sand, everywhere. I did kill 2 German roaches, that's a serious problem. Also, the all the air systems must be connected because the room smelled like Marijuana, cigarette and barbecue from time to time. I have air neutralizers and my own cleaners so this helped me toleratemy stay. The smallest issues were that the wifi is bad, the living room didn't have a remote and the master TV couldn't connect to the internet nor the cable attached to it. The final thing to mention is the bed is very firm and uncomfortable. I mentioned only two issues at the front desk and the girl quickly cut me off saying, "I know, the owner doesn't care about this place." I just stopped talking after that because it felt like a waste of my time. If an employee feels like they can openly speak about the owner like that with another older employee in the room (a male who looked like he might be the manager) and not apologize about it speaks volumes. It's a bummer because I've been coming here on and off since 2015, I used to love this place. Sadly this was my last visit.
Not much. The staff were like chickens without heads.
Their system to check in and check out was very lengthy. Front staff were having an open discussion about customer service and disputing in front of people.

El hotel está muy descuidado precio caro..muy mal olor área de alberca...no hicieron limpieza en la habitación. No .etc....coincidimos mi esposa y yo en no volver a regresar ....era nuestro lugar favorito

Puerta casi se cae de lo viejo, escaleras en mal estado, alberca sucia. Malos olores en el 3er piso, personal mal encarado desde que llegas.
No regreso!!!!
