Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington

This was our first time at Great Wolf in Minnesota and my family enjoyed every minute of it.

First time we came here was amazing. Everyone was friendly, the beds were comfortable. There is mold in our bathroom. Numerous holes in the walls bathroom door is warped. Some staff is friendly some isn’t. Screaming and running through the halls until 1 AM. Sheets feel extremely cheep and are not comfortable. There isn’t even a fitted sheet on the queen bed or bunk beds. Just a plain sheet. Not sure they even wash all the sheets between stays they just put a top sheet over and call it good. Paid for breakfast Buffett. All food was cold and we were the first there at 7:30 when they open. I expected more for how much this place costs. $20 a night for parking is insane. Two light switches don’t work. There was blood on one of the pull out dressers and a huge stain on the other one. The pool doesn’t open till 10. Magic quest only works sometimes. Redemption center at the arcade is terrible and not worth spending money on tickets. The lady working there was extremely sweet and one of the only nice employees we ran into.

My kids under eight years of age had a blast. They loved the pool area and the bowling. While my husband and I noticed quite a few things that were unsanitary and unacceptable. There were no fitted sheets on our bed, just an extra top sheet. We also found an earring back on the floor and multiple pieces of hair around the bathtub, and hair in all the pool bathrooms. We were not made aware that our room would not be cleaned while we were there, and the garbages were overflowing. When we had to ask for more towels, they were brought to us in a large garbage bag. After speaking with a few fellow guest's, we decided not to eat in the establishment at all while there.

From the time we entered the restaurant, she was cheerful and professional. Jaelynn was attentive throughout our visit.

When she learned that we missed our flight and that our niece was homesick, she brought out a special treat to cheer her up.

We have a great experience everytime we are here. Highly recommend to stay and bring family. There's something for everyone. And the staff is very friendly.5 stars everytime

Junior was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and quick in his service. He made our stay better with his actions and general attitude!

Overall for the price that we paid for the resort and the condition it was in I can honestly say I won’t pay to stay again. Our motel room AC hardly worked, it was dirty, pullout bed sheets smelled terrible, carpet was loose enough you could trip on it, duct tape holding down carpet in hall ways. The meals are also extremely over priced and the quality of the food is just not there. Approaches motel staff about our room and was told sorry but it’s the only room we have available and walked away. $1300 for a Friday-Monday and as I stated I don’t know that would ever go back to a great wolf lodge.

The staff were kind and helpful. Tori did stand out. She always had a smile. She was kind friendly and approachable. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and helped us have the best stay.

Benny was phenomenal at the check-in desk. Very calm and kind. He gave me different options and was polite and not pushy at all. He said hi in the hallways to our friends/ family.

Sam exhibited energy unmatched by his counterparts. With that, the entire team was immensely positive and getting the audience involved and having fun. Kudos to Sam and all of the dance party performers!

Overall, had a great experience. My nephew and I had so much fun. The water park was fun. The room was really cool. However, a few things frustrated me. First, my sister tried for the vacation through her credit card. We followed all the steps that I was asked. I even called the hotel twice to make sure everything was lined up and we had all the necessary forms and I was told we were good. However, I showed up and found out that I was on the hook for everything including the deposit my sister had already paid. This caused so much frustration especially at start of my vacation. This was supposed to be a special treat for my nephew and me provided for by my sister. I don’t know if I want to come back with this headache.

We booked a family suite to celebrate a birthday. The room was half blocked off by the adjoining door which no one told us about. The room was not very clean as there was someone else’s socks left, crumbs and trash in the corners. When we looked out the second floor window of our room the rock bed with covered with trash that was dropped from the upper balconies. My kids wanted to go pick up the trash. We spent $900 for a room that was disgusting.

We had such an amazing time at Great Wolf Lodge!! It was the kids first time going and they had a blast. So many fun things to do!!

We got the ultimate food and fun pack which was nice but had some money left the morning of checkout ordered Dunkin(before checkout time) and wouldn't use credits charged us separately tried to message GWL was told they would look into it week later and nothing. Also the parking situation is a major pain and hassle especially at check in time

Lifeguards were extremely attentive and very friendly! The entire staff did a great job keeping everything clean, safe and fun!

Well one bed had dirty sheets there was garbage under the bunk beds. And the beds are hard as can be!

But the activities and water park are amazing our kids would have stayed for weeks!

My husband broke his leg on the waterslide. The people were kind, don't get me wrong but they had no protocol for how to get him down from the deck and he had to climb down with a leg fracture by himself. We couldn't be moved to handicap room due to availability. Understandable, but they told us to use this shower chair they provided. They put it in the shower and it broke off the soap dispenser which they told us we would have to pay for. Its their shower chair that they placed in the shower. I'm sure they'll slap it back on with some kind of epoxy but the person who came to look at it said they'd bill us. So disappointing. We couldn't use any of the planned amenities or things because of his pain. They wouldn't let us get a refund and go home. When we did check out I asked if I could have a little longer to check out because of how long it was taking me to get my family ready. Help my husband and load up by myself. They gave me attitude about it but finally agreed. So unhappy and kind of broken hearted they weren't more understanding.
