The room had a carpet that was coming up and my youngest tripped on it multiple times. Also had issues with the staff at the breakfast buffet not understanding the breakfast package. The water park needs paint repairs all over but all in all the kids had fun
The manager was so rude she didn’t even know what I was saying to her she just keep saying if you don’t want the room I’m going to cancel the room and I was why you cancel the room when we drove from one hour away and then she said to me their is nothing I can do about so anyway she made me to add money to get the room we were looking for it..first time I had bad experience with this place not good at that they scam people when booked the room that you pay for it they don’t give you the same room they give you different rooms that you don’t even happy with room then they tell to take or leave
Very poor quality for the money spent. Most employees don’t smile or even talk to you. Dunkin doughnuts employees are even worse. Paid for a cabana had to walk to 3 service people to get it figured out and waiting in countless lines, employees have a walkie talkie never used it. For the amount of money you pay the quality is poor. Room had a broken bed, no rush to fix that. Stay somewhere else and just visit the water park.
Pure magical! This guy is a cleaning guru. Smiling, polite and just down right awesome. It's people like him that make this experience one and only.
They overcharged me by almost 200 dollars and won't do anything about it

The water park is amazing. The kids and myself enjoyed the slides and the lazy river the most. I appreciate the lifeguards that were everywhere and really had their eyes on the water to ensure everyone was safe. They even had lifeguards training after the pool closed.
The room was disappointing though. The door handles on the patio door fell off. Yes they ended up on the floor. We did tell someone but no one came to fix it. The carpets were very dirty as well. The table was so sticky if you put your arm down your stuck to it. Overall we had a great time and the kids enjoyed ever minute, except bedtime.
We are from NY and frequently went to splash lagoon. We paid about the same price for one night and it wasn't nearly as good as Great Wolf Lodge! The ONLY complaint i have is there is no hot tub :(
Christian is the prime example of what you would want in an executive Chef. As I myself has been in the restaurant business for many years, he is exactly how a professional chef and executive chef should treat customers even if he doesn't know them. He made my experience and the students that I brought with me today a very enjoyable experience with the hospitality that he showed us. This is the prime example of how an industry should hold standards when it comes to treating customers, so please give him our thanks for that. I will be recommending the restaurant and the lodge as a whole to my prime executive clientele list that I worked with in the restaurant industry again this place runs at a very high frequency and you can clearly tell from all staff members that this place takes care of their guests , so please thank all staff for us.
Service, Value and Room were perfect. Very clean. Low noise level
When we came to check in we had a long wait because our room was not ready until 4:45. They said a hole in the wall needed to be fixed after the last guests.
The water park experience was good. We rented a cabana for the day which was a nice place to hang out but the service was terrible. We waited over an hour for our lunch to be delivered. Everyone we checked they said just a few more minutes then our waitress finally just put the order in got second time.
Everyone’s been truly incredible and helpful! Feels like everyone’s here to help us have a great time and it’s working!!!
There was a huge fight downstairs

I was expecting family oriented place.
I hate to use the terms ghetto but that is what it felt like on our first full day. We lost half the day because of this . I had to chat with the app to see if it was safe to go down stairs. We ended up eating of the property. This was very disappointing since this was our first time staying at the lodge . It made us re think us booking at the lodge in Texas
The flow rider was closed with no notification of it. It's one of the reasons we came so we were pretty disappointed. Also, the room that connected to ours had a party going on. Unfortunately this meant that our room was subject to the smells of their extra circular activities. It would have been inappropriate either way but we had small children with us making it even worse.
For the price of the suite we should have been able to enjoy our stay instead of having to leave so our kids weren't around marijuana.
When I checked in they made me pay $100 deposit I feel like after you check out within 24 hours they should refund your $100 back I have not seen anything and my account that is pending for my $100 that they took when I checked in. My room was clean it was only me I didn't use nothing but to tiles and ice tray. I had a good experience except for the bartender that was working at the bar she was very rude to people and her supervisor came over to assist us and she was amazing at her work. Thank you to the great service as you guys offer as one whole team it was a good experience but I just want to see my $100 deposit back into my account within 24 to 48 hours because you took it within five seconds and it should be back on within a timely manner.

We had a wonderful experience at Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington. This was a last-minute decision for my daughter’s 10th birthday, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. It was our first time visiting, and everything exceeded our expectations. My daughter had an amazing experience, and all my kids had so much fun. The entire stay was fun, relaxing, and truly memorable for our whole family. We will definitely be back!
