The location of the place, nice, beautiful and serene. Just need to work.on your reception staff, training is really needed.

The room we were allocated to wasn't properly cleaned, dust everywhere, stained linen as if someone used it before us, the smell in the room wasn't pleasant it smelled like it has been in use before us, there were no towels in the room, no toilet paper, door to the bathroom fell off I guess and was just left there not fixed, shower tiles needs scrubbing . Hygiene overall I give it zero. I had to go to the car get blankies and towels just to put over the stained dorty linen so we could sleep.

Funcionários simpáticos, quarto limpo e uma boa vista. Não tinha toalhas de banho no quarto, mas logo que pedi trouxeram de imediato.

Cons:

Não havia sabonete nem gel de banho, tivemos que tomar banho com o sabonete líquido para lavar as mãos. Tinham chávenas e café mas não haviam colherinhas, e só um remote é que tinha pilhas, tinhamos que trocar sempre que quisemos usar o A/c , ligar a TV ou o decoder.

The entire experience from check in to the facilities was depressing and a total disappointment.

Cons:

Everything, given a horrible room when I arrived, bathroom lights not working and no towels provided. They switched the room, the wash basin and shower was clogged. No hot water to shower with. The bed sheet was torn and stained. No WIFI Password was provided. Awkward plugpoint for the microwave and kettle where both appliances had to be put on the floor to be used. Only 1 tea bag provided for two guest and no coffee sachets at all. Will NEVER refer anyone to go there. The advert was misleading.

Pros:

The water was very cold at night and i couldn't take a shower in the morning because of there was no hot water at all. It was a disaster, i went to the reception and the lady said there is nothing that she could as they had too many people who booked the place what a shame. And yet they took my full payment. I couldn't watch news because you watch Netflix
