Resort Fee Schedule:
March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax
June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax
August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax
November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax
This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities.

Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals.

For the price it was a nice place to stay on beach and close to shopping and restaurants.
Pros:

Room was spacious with great view of the beach and gulf. Good access to the pool and beach from basement elevator. Staff was helpful and friendly. Shower was spacious and bathroom was nice. Great room for the price.

Cons:

The floor of the room was not very clean as you would not want to wear white socks. Rooms could use some upgrading. We did put a do not disturb on our door and the cleaning personnel came in anyway. Did not find any thing missing and they did remove trash and brought in new towels. The restaurant next door was ok and had a nice view of beach but we after dining there once we went elsewhere.

Sorry, I won't be going back to that Radisson!
Pros:

The location was fine and that is all the good I can say about our experience there!

Cons:

The parking wasn't great!
The rooms are really outdated, the bathroom was really cramped, the glass sliding shower door came off the hinge when my girlfriend was getting out of the shower and she was pinned trying to hold it up!!! she screamed out for help and I had to run to the bathroom to hold the door so she could remove herself!! I then had to lift the heavy glass door and put it back on track!!! after that while getting dressed, a big cockroach ran to the corner of the bedroom!!! I took pictures and video and showed them to the front desk manager!!! We checked out of the hotel after that and went down the street to the Hampton Inn and Suites, much better!

Everyone there was friendly. Property was clean and nice. Loved the easy access to the beach and downtown. Will definitely be back.

The location was good. The staff was ok.

Cons:

I dont usually leave reviews but This hotel is very dated and rundown compared to the pictures online. . The room was dirty the shower floor was dirty. The pool was dirty lots of sand in the pool because the beach shower was not working great. the floors and baseboards were dirty. I could see light through the edges of the door and see straight through the deadbolt on the back porch. The floor was buckled in places from water all this just so my card could be charged 100 dollars for incidentals The beds were comfortable but Never again do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Great view, right on the beach, kitchenette nice.

Cons:

We had to ask for a change of sheets they looked dirty, the AC in the "living room" was not cooling it was set to 68 and never got below 74. When we arrived the AC was 80 it was hottttttt.
