Resort Fee Schedule:
March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax
June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax
August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax
November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax
This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities.

Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals.

Pros:

The hotel was very dirty. Our room was between the elevator and the ice machine so it was very noisy.

First time in Panama City Beach
Pros:

Loved the location right on the beach. Very nice hotel. Would definitely go back. Rooms very comfortable and nice size to them. Staff very nice.

Pros:

I liked the staff and the beach was very pretty and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like the elevator it would not work. I also didn’t like the fact there were no parking spots anywhere we either had to pay or park at the restaurant next to us. I also ended up leaving early because they did not say or have anything up that they were doing construction on there place where you walk to the beach we had to go to the next one over which is really the only reason I wanted this hotel bc how close the beach walk was.

The location of being on the beach

Cons:

That people were smoking cigarettes and weed outside on the balconies and I was trying to enjoy the view and had to go to the front and sit just to stay away from that. Also even though we arrived early had to wait about two hours to get my room they said it was first come first served that's not good and finally after asking about my room I got it when they tried to say they called my phone saying it was ready which they didn't. That was very upsetting

Didn't go to breakfast, the location was Awesome

Cons:

The air conditioner wasn't working properly, we couldn't sleep well, kept waking up sweating, it only went down to 74 degrees all night

It was okay, but not worth the price for how much we paid
Pros:

I liked that the property was on the beach. The hot tub and pool were nice.

Cons:

Our rooms got switched at the last minute. The staff were nice. I didn’t like how my room was right by the elevator. The bottom of the door was lifted to where it didn’t fit , you had to push the door hard to actually get in the room, if not it would get stuck. My room had a few issues, such as the mini fridge leaked the whole time we were there. I can tell that the room hadn’t been updated. It definitely could have been a lot better.
