Our per-night resort fee is charged at check-in.
Resort Fee Schedule:
March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax
June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax
August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax
November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax
This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities.

Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals.

Note: On-site parking is limited. Additional parking is available across the street from the property.

Pros:

I liked the location because it’s close to restaurants and shops. I also liked the size of the room with a very functional kitchen.

Cons:

Neither of the two televisions in my room worked nor did the telephone.

Pros:

The ease of issues addressed. Having small kitchen and cookware in room.

Cons:

Parking . Unfortunately they share parking with the restaurant and Ramada hotel next door so if you are not lucky to get a spot you have to park behind a convince store across the street

For the price and what we need we would return!!!
Pros:

Conveniently located, ocean front, not too big of a hotel that it takes from the beach,

Cons:

It’s supposed to be under new management however we did see roaches in our room, the option of coffee pot or kureg should be an option,

Worst hotel visit ever!
Pros:

That was probably my worst hotel experience ever! I ordered a handicap room and the toilet was so low. It was not a handicap toilet, would’ve been taller. The bed was so high I could hardly get on it, and the most uncomfortable mattress ever! I complained about it, nothing was done.

Had to request towels and housekeeping.. Didn't have hair dryer. Beach chairs were not included with room. Didn't have enough handicapped parking.

Cons:

Do very loud they should flip the rooms and put the living room as you walk in because of noise level.
Was supposed to be smoke free but you could smell cigarettes and marijuana all day long in coming in room ...
No weather stripping on door so I had to put towels down and the door was very sketchy...
Pool was small not enough seating and didn't keep pool towels stock and beach showers didn't work good and only one worked .
PARKING WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!

For the expense of beachfront with balcony water view it was worth it.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel beachfront location was fantastic. Everything was as expected for a beachfront family oriented 3-4star Choice Brand hotel.

Cons:

Still not sure exactly what the $15.00 a day activity fee was for but I wasn’t going to argue the charge we were only there two nights .

This was a horrible place to stay and I will never stay there again. I paid 1200.00 and it was nasty
Pros:

I didnt like anything about this place.

Cons:

The room was ok, but it smelled like marijuana was coming through the vents, which made the room smell horrid. The pool was disgusting. It had sand piled in it and had hair floating around everywhere. We could not get in the hot tub either. There was bread floating in it and it was so dirty the water was not clear! Also, on the balcany, we had two lounge chairs instead of normal chairs and one was broken!!
