Resort Fee Schedule:
March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax
June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax
August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax
November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax
This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities.

Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals.

the bed was extremely uncomfortable. so much so it was very hard to sleep. the bed felt dirty, the mattress was busted and just incredibly uncomfortable

I didn't like the room! It was dated! The floors were tearing up! The shower was disgusting and the outdoor ac unit cover was barley hanging on!

Better upkeep of room would have definitely made better.

There was a socket with black all around it.
There was something that looked like poop smear on cushioned chair.
Never gave fresh bedding was there a week.
Booked for 5 people and only gave 3 towels and wash rags so had to keep asking for more.

Mold and Blood
Pros:

The only thing good about this hotel is the location and view which is sad because that's all people really seem to care about and YES I'm one of them but the mold and blood is just lazy maintenance

Cons:

As soon as we walked into our room i was hit with a strong MOLD AND MILDEW odor which ended up giving me a migraine the whole vacation 😕, I had to try and keep the bathroom door closed when we wasn't using it because it kind of helped keep the mold smell contained but once you are in the bathroom you have to leave the door open or the smell will make you extremely sick 🤢 I don't see how this place has passed health inspections ever honestly, there was BLOOD on the pillows 🤢 luckily we always bring our own pillows. If we would have had kids with us I would have been getting my money back and going somewhere else AS SOON as we walked into our room. Will not stay here again unfortunately.
