Disappointing
Pros:

Convenient location to hospital

Cons:

Smoke alarm battery was flat and the battery failure alert woke us up at midnight. We had to rouse the night manager ( which wasn't easy) to fix it. He initially struggled to understand the situation . Above all, it is a safety issue.

Comfortable spacious balcony room
Pros:

Comfortable spacious room with balcony, good size bathroom, clean, enclosed wardrobe and plenty of bench space, good heating / cooling, friendly staff, near bus stops. Have stayed many times.

Wasn’t really anything negative to say only surprise was the 4 Foxtel channels but the wifi speed made up for that

Pros:

Hotel ist für Geschäftsreisen gut gelegen. Trotz der Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße war das Zimmer sehr ruhig.
Ausstattung ist funktionell und vollkommend ausreichend.

Parking was provided , excellent position close to hospital, room was clean and tidy staff at reception were very helpful and accommodating to us.

Cons:

Paid for renovated Queen room and were given an older triple room, furniture was very old and marked, free streaming services kept dropping out or would not load at all no microwave in room but had to walk across parking lot it was raining to guest kitchen which was very dirty used pans in sink from other guests ..paid for breakfast limited hot food available which was almost cold although we were there early not good enough

Pros:

I like the location. I live in Lane Cove. Will be good to get home soon.
Room is good. Clean and bed is comfortable. Aircon is good. Bathroom is clean. Hot water takes a while to get to the shower and hand basin. Only issue I had.

Cons:

The laundry needs an update. Old washers need an upgrade.
The kitchen is a mess. Needs a new microwave. Current 1 is disgusting. Worn and old.
Hot plates are not clean i would not cook or reheat in there.
