Pros:

It was a beautiful place to stay. We were only there for one night however wished we could stay for longer. The room was exceptionally clean and had lovely view.

Not a happy customer

Cons:

I booked this room for my daughter, I sent an email via booking.com to advise it was for her. When my daughter arrived the motel would not check them in as it was not booked in her name. This created an extra level of stress that was not needed. I was able to make the change in the app however this was a horrible situation that could have been fixed by motel but they chose to make it hard. A note here - it sounded like it was not the first time thos had happened.

Convenient, clean and lovely staff.
Pros:

Convenient location, easy parking plus shuttle bus to hospital & shared kitchen & laundry a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Quite convenient for marathon day.
Pros:

Bathrooms were nice and modern. The bus stop was very nearby. Very convenient for marathon start line. Lots of good food options nearby.

Cons:

There was no coffee plunger, only instant coffee available in the rooms. There were very few plug sockets in the bedroom, and none next to the beds.

Nobody seems to care.
Pros:

It is on a bus route. The bathroom was great.

Cons:

The breakfast was really basic and the food which was supposed to be hot, was cold.
We stayed five nights and on one day, the unit was not serviced.

There are low railings surrounding the top carpark. as well as a dangerous set of stairs up from the accommodation as there are no railings at the top of the stairs
