Pros:

We had trouble accessing our room as the cards where unable to unlock our door. Staff were helpful and immediately tried to fix the problem however, it seems to be engineering issue. They have offered and upgraded us to a new room :)

Value for money, bit far from Launceston CBD

Cons:

Location - located close to very busy intersection, really hard to sleep, if you get first floor room, have to carry all your luggage in a staircase.

Very loud due to the position near the road - but used ear plugs and was fine

Managers were fantastic
Pros:

Staff were amazing and were so patient as I ran the Launceston half marathon this morning,so they gave me another hour in the room to get sorted! Very grateful
