Great, comfortable.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, and the room was the perfect set up.

Cons:

The shower was slippery - my one-year-old fell a couple of times when trying to bath her. Also, the pot for the coffee maker was missing.

Overall very positive I would definitely stay again
Pros:

Clean very clean

Cons:

The valet i like to self park when ever possible. Also we came back to the hotel at 11:00 pm I parked in front knowing as valet person would take the car . But as uninformed person came out of nowhere and asked for the key . She didn’t identify herself as the valet. She was wearing a black hoodie and black sweat pants. We had to go inside and ask the desk manager if she was the valet. It made my wife feel uncomfortable.

Great staff!

Cons:

The room's windows were VERY dirty... I get that it's the fifth floor and hard to reach, but the Mount Diablo view was mentioned as a premium value.

Also, we had to leave a day early because of the unexpected death of a family member. As we were rushing out the door I asked the desk clerk if we could PLEASE have a partial refund. It didn't show up on the final bill, even though we left at 11am leaving plenty of time to prep the room for the next arrivals at 3pm.

Great hotel for a short stay - the kitchen and living area adds to it being comfortable for everyone
Pros:

Loved the location and the room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the little goodie bag of water and snacks

Cons:

The breakfast was okay / coffee could have been better

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, cost.

Cons:

I wasn’t aware I couldn’t pay over the phone when I selected pay at property and ended up running late behind someone I was staying with. I understand it but it was a bit difficult to resolve.
