I stayed there only 5 hours from 2:30am to 7:30am. For this short stay, it was satisfactory.

Everything was very nice
Pros:

New clean property, well kept

Cons:

I would say the one thing I didn’t like was that you are forced to valet parking. $35 dollars a day. There’s no self parking on the property.

Valet required. That’s a problem
Cons:

Upon arrival the valet team was quite rude. Demanded that I valet; no option to self park. The attitude was pretentious with a sense of entitlement. This is three star hotel; not a resort. Valet is not mentioned in the hotel advertisements. I parked on the street. When we left there were at least six cars plugging up the entire driveway as a result of the unnecessary valet. This is an emergency egress issue and would be shut down by the fire department. I will not be returning to this hotel as a result. I recommend the hotel terminate the valet immediately.

Nice breakfast; friendly, accommodating staff. We were a large group in town for a wedding. The large table in the main room became our meeting/gathering spot and we kind of took it over in the mornings. Nobody seem to mind and, in fact, other guests joined us too. Breakfast staff were amazing.
