Nothing much. It was close to the Mall
Overpriced and poor facilities. Tiny room without any window, one small "window" with opaque glass, but without curtains so light come in early morning. The bed was not heated, and they were hesitant to give a room heater, relented later. No one to give drinking water at 6.30am as room service and reception are asleep.
Claims itself a 3 star hotel, I've stayed in better 1star in South Delhi at half price just earlier this month. For a three person occupancy there was only one chair and an odd half table, one small wardrobe insufficient for even one person. No hooks or rods in the bathroom to hang our clothes, or the towel. I could go on and on....
The property was top notch with very nice amenities in an unbelievable price point.

Location was okay.
The list of food items on the menu were limited for our taste. Moreover, I wasnt informed that the family room was a non-view room while booking. Even the cancellation process is horrible where I was forced to keep the booking.

Location of hotel is good,2 minute walking dis tance from Mall. Behaviour of staff was polite . Room service was good. Overall experience was nice.

The property did not have the credit card payment facility causing tremendous inconvenience to me. This was a breach of the clause.
The hotel is situated in a very narrow lane, that I could not understand by looking at the picture shown in booking.com. The computer image vs reality…. huge difference
