Excellent hotel
Pros:

Lovely place to stay. Rooms were great.
Staff very helpful. I asked for a room next to my mum as she’s 85 and they sorted it for us. They also sorted a wheel chair.
Taxis were ordered by the receptionist and much cheaper than uber

Pros:

Clean, welcoming, easy access to multiple bus lines, beautiful spa, wonderful breakfast

Cons:

No parking and access to the sea was choppy and not as pleasant as having a real beach

beyond expectations
Pros:

Food was excellent. Our room was a lovely location with the fountain outside. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond. Just a fabulous holiday with my daughter and we had such a special time.

The location and the lady in reception and the cleaners

Cons:

The service was not good the room temperature is hot I stayed 6 nights and I call the handyman 3 times and I asked for change the room because the issue with air conditioner they said not possible. We will fixed 3 times and didn’t sleep well

The location and breakfast.

Cons:

The receptionist man who was sitting on the left was too rude and unfriendly. Besides, dont rent the car with the company which the hotel offers. That is a a real disaster.

Greit hotell, men mangler det "lille" ekstra.
Pros:

Frokost var grei. Servitøren i Restauranten ifbm middagen var svært serviceminded.

Cons:

Veldig dårlig solsenger, samt dårlig hånduker som du måtte krysse av for å få utlevert.
Mottakelsen / resepsjonen bestod av 3 menn ved vår ankomst, ingen så opp eller smilte. Svært dårlig mottakelse.
Ingen tok ansvar for koffertene.
