Lovely time private beach is nice
Pros:

Breakfast excellent.pool could be bigger for the amount of people but still nice.

Cons:

Our rooms bathroom was not very nice and toilet ws on its own not private, our room last year was better.

The room was partially good but the view was disaster! It was really on the garbage side exactly not normal they have room like that view

Pros:

Hotel staff were helpful and surrounding restaurants were nice. We didn't get a chance to use hotel restaurant unfortunately. Room and bathroom were nice, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I did not think the hotel was children friendly and we were there to help out with our grandchildren. We found the number of stairs a real pain with a pushchair and the small stair lift was difficult/slow to use, a ramp would be more preferable. I didn't like that a large group secured 15 - 20 beds by baby pool in the only shade before the pool was even open! You should tighten up the rules on this! To make matters worse they were often not there 50% of the day! I also think there should be a sail/shade over the baby pool!

Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unfreundliches Personal. Sowohl im Lounge als auch im Spa Bereich.
Der Poolbereich ist für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste viel zu klein. Die Gäste reservieren sich bereits am frühen Morgen die Liegen, um Stunden später zum Pool zurückzukehren. Leider wird es vom Personal so hingenommen.
Einige Hotelgäste füllen sich ihre privaten Wasserflaschen am Buffet auf, sodass das Mundstück die Wasserausgabe berührt. Auch hier wird nichts gesagt.

Relaxing and peaceful.
Pros:

This is our second time here the staff and ambience of the hotel is relaxed and calm. The food is excellent and well worth paying that little bit extra.

Хороший тренажерный зал, большой номер, хороший пляж

Cons:

Обслуживание желает лучшего, официантка испанка нахомила, говорила специально на испанском, что б мы не понимали ее слов, хотя мы с ней говорили на английском.
Нет паркинга
Полотенца выдают после 9.00, раньше взять нельзя
Спа в 8.00 закрывается
Еда в ресторане ужастная, все невкусно, не ешьте в ресторане
Завтрак хороший, потому что шведский стол
Мы жили 1 неделю постель поменяли только через 5 дней
Халаты ни разу не поменяли

Relaxing, fun, beautiful and comfortable
Pros:

We had as always an amazing stay at this beautiful property. It’s in a magical location and the team there are so focused on making your stay so memorable, especially Vanessa at the portals lounge who is an amazing ambassador for the hotel. We will return later this summer and I believe that speaks so strongly about our experience. Can’t wait.
