Joseph carter m, kaden, aidan are the best! I park several times a week and rhey always go out of their way be friendly and helpful!

The service was exceptional. Reception as well as Valet. Carter Milkey was a tremendous help.

Shout out to Wil who helped us find transportation that was difficult to find with a baby that needs a car seat. Friendly and went out of his way to find a solution. Thanks again.

I simply cannot recommend this hotel. It comes down to little things and big things.

Little things:
- the rooms do not have bathtubs. for a 'luxury' hotel the absence of bathtubs in standard rooms, in my view, is unforgivable
- the room a/c is clunky; it either blows ice cold air or hot, humid air that makes the room feel stuffy and gross
- the service is indifferent and not very efficient, particularly the front desk check-in process. there was one employee in particular whose name started with J who seemed to find a reason to disappear anytime he spotted someone approaching the desk

The big thing is harder to describe. have you ever just been to a hotel and said: "this place has bad energy"? That's how I felt after staying here. It felt like the hotel itself was sapping me of energy and making me feel heavy and unhealthy. I am not a 'crystals and reiki' kind of person so it pains me to say something so strange - but this hotel had seriously bad vibes. Like almost "The Shining" or "American Horror Story: Hotel" vibes. My company has another booking where everyone is staying here for an event and I canceled my room to stay at the (dated, run-down) Marriott across the street because I just can't stomach the idea of staying here again.

I stayed at the Grand Bohemian Charlotte for the Chris Brown and Usher concert at Bank of America Stadium, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel is beautiful, with a unique, luxurious atmosphere and stylish décor throughout.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. A special thank you to Austin Copeland from Valet Services, you went above and beyond for us during our stay.

One of the best parts was the location—it was convenient to Bank of America Stadium, making it easy to get to and from the concerts while also being close to great restaurants and other attractions.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose the Grand Bohemian again the next time I'm in Charlotte for a concert or weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

Everything was nice and clean

Clean, very well maintained and luxurious!

The Valet guys are some of the hardest workers you will see. They put effort into everything they do and are very kind. It was 6 people working their rear’s off so that people can get in and get out. The atmosphere was extremely comfortable. They kept the rooms clean. And while the location of this hotel can become hectic (as it is in the middle of Charlotte) it is well worth it. The amenities are expensive but still enjoyable. The noise level is perfect, we heard nothing in the hotel during our stay except the sound of the city. All in all, extremely pleasant experience and I hope we can come back.
