Brilliant well done
Pros:

I liked how friendly the staff were, recommend a restaurant and it was Superb they ordered taxis and they arrived on time we would come again

Cons:

The only problem was bacon was slightly underdone and could not find napkins each morning

The location is great. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

Our aircon was broken. While they tried to fix it and give us a fan it has been a long day and I asked to move. They said give it an hour and the heat went up. While they did move us and that was great by the time we moved i was so exhausted I then couldn't sleep. Not their fault and I should just pushed sooner for the move. Just make sure you check the room long before bed time!!

Fab for a pre cruise stopover
Pros:

Well situated for the large shopping centre and for the cruise port.

Cons:

No normal coffee in the room and figuring out the machine was a bit tricky.

Shower head couldn’t be fixed into an appropriate position, fine when hand held but not good for washing hair. Not very relaxing public areas.

Great modern hotel, friendly staff, good amenities, I would recommend.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfy bed, despite being on a main road we heard no car noise. Games and instrument in the lobby where fun. The hotel is very modern and the bar is open late which was great for us, overall had a great stay!

Cons:

If I had one critique, it would be the bathroom is a bit small, but it was very clean.
