Great location and staff would stay again
Pros:

Fantastic location for shopping and cruise terminals, staff booked taxi to terminal and helpful. Midday check out a bonus.

Cons:

Free drink offered for guests which is fantastic but only between 3pm-12am which wasn’t explained. Only fault we had

Great hotel stay pre cruise!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in the Moxy Southampton before going on a cruise. Staff were great and rooms were comfortable. The bar area and reception area were great to have a relaxing drink and play some board and card games. Breakfast was fantastic too.

Good pre-cruise option
Pros:

Stayed here for one night before our cruise and found it ideal. Close to a very good shopping centre and we easily walked to the es cruise terminal (we only had small bags so big bags may not so easy but there used to be an excellent pub stop halfway along where we had lunch before proceeding further!)
Rooms had exactly what you need for this short stay and the bar facilities were good. Breakfast basic but did the job.

Pros:

The property is close to the shopping mall and restaurant and the seaside

Cons:

The toilet is quite small but it has all the necessary things you need including shower gel, body wash and conditioner. Not all hotel would have hair conditioner

We were going on a cruise and stayed 2 nights prior. One to turn around time wise from Canada 🇨🇦.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and easy. Check in was uncomplicated and staff had staplers out to use for those of us on a cruise(cruise luggage labels).
