Pros:

The spa was better than expected, and the staff there are lovely. Please note that you will need to pay to use the steam and sauna though.

Cons:

There was a washing machine room next to our room being used by the staff through the day, and we could hear the noise from 7.30 in the morning until about 5.30 in the evening, so we really couldn’t enjoy our room during the day as it was so loud. We were in room 607. Speaking to other guests there are washing machines in the same location on the other floors. We spoke to reception to ask if we could be moved,but we were told that this was not possible, even though we could see that other rooms were available, I got the sense that they couldn’t be bothered. Some of the equipment in the gym was broken and it was quite old.

Very comforable stay.
Pros:

Staffs are very friendly and guided properly.
24 hrs hot water availability without much wastage during initial opening of the tap.

Cons:

1. English lanuage to be improved

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location, staff were generally quite good. Breakfast very good. Room very spacious. Airport transfer was helpful but didn't listen to times.

Cons:

double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Sometimes did not respond to emails or messages for awhile
