This hotel is best choice you can make if staying in Stockholm. Very easy arriving from airport, direct route by train (taking a bus in between to avoid a platform charge from airport, check SL site). Train station is 2 min walk from the hotel, you can reach the city in 10 min, super convenient. You have a small shop in front of the hotel, also the Westfield Mall is one station by train (5 min). Rooms are modern, clean and spacious.
The reception staff was amazing , very nice , helpful and supportive. We could leave the luggage, as arrived before check in time and could have a coffee , tea and water, very nice.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Not crowded, plenty of space.
We did not use the pool and sport facilities.
Overall we had a great stay.

Location right next to station. Rooms and staff perfect.
Expensive, added cost to use pool and spa. We paid for an hour, and we were not told there would be a fitness class in the pool (very small) during this hour. We were offered a complimentary hour, but we did not have time to use it.
Everything was great except the fact that spa is paid extra. That's a bit weird to have it on primary picture of the accommodation when it's actually not included in the price. Besides that, very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, modern.

Das einiges nicht entsprechend war, z.B. wurden die schmutzigen Gläser nicht gereinigt und getauscht im Zimmer und es gab keinen Kasten um die Kleidung aufzuhängen…

The hotel is very well located, next to the train station that takes you to the city center in about 15 mins or less and still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The hotel is also easily accessible from the airport via train. The room was spacious and the breakfast was great.
The sofa bed in the family room was on the small side so not the most comfortable for 2 children unless they're very small.
The breakfast area is a bit small so it gets crowded pretty quickly.

Le petit-déjeuner est correct sans être exceptionnel. L’emplacement est toutefois un vrai point fort : l’hôtel est idéalement situé juste à côté de la gare.
La chambre n’était malheureusement pas très propre (couverture, murs et tables de nuit sales), même si le lit était confortable.
La piscine n’est pas incluse dans le prix de base, ce qui est assez décevant au vu du tarif global. Le choix des prestations reste limité pour le prix demandé, et une odeur très désagréable était présente dans le hammam.
Perfecte locatie nabij het trein station! (2 minuten lopen) en deze trein gaat rechtstreeks naar het centrum waar je met 15 minuten bent.
Prima hotel, de kamer was schoon en de bedden lagen goed.
Nette badkamer en de douche was goed onderhouden.
Het ontbijt is simpel, maar prima vonden wij. We hadden dit hotel geboekt voor onze stedentrip naar Stockholm en daarvoor was het perfect met een zeer goede locatie net buiten het centrum.
Het is jammer dat je als gast nog ruim €20 per persoon moet bij betalen om 2 uurtjes gebruik te kunnen maken van het zwembad. Dit hebben we dus mooi niet gedaan.

Had an excellent and very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, modern and spacious, with a mini fridge and everything needed. Comfortable bed too. Breakfast was great, with good choices and fresh fruit. Location was also great, 2min away from Ulriksday train stop, 3 stops away from the city centre, one stop away from Westfield of Scandinavia. I didn't try the spa, but seemed very nice too (for extra charge). Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
The reception we got when we checked in. Ryan was amazing and he made our checkin fantastic. By far the best reception we received in a very long time. My friend that came from another was so impressed, she loves the hotel and the hospitality. Thank you so much Ryan for a great service

Schade, war die Benutzung des Hallenbades, nicht gebührenfrei. Wir hätten gerne nur das Bad benutzt.
