Resulta que habíamos reservado por Booking a la tarde (más de las 6pm) y llegamos bastante tarde por la noche porque hubo un retraso en el avión (no fue a posta) y cuando llegamos resulta que ya habían ofrecido nuestra habitación porque según ellos era hasta las 6 de la tarde cuando las guardaban ... En fin, la chica super borde, mucha falta de respeto y poca seriedad

Cuando llegue me dijeron que ya no había reserva, y tenía para hacer check de las 15:00 hasta 23:00, llegué aproximadamente a las 17:30 y ya habían arrendado mi habitación. Le dije que yo no cancele nada y si cancelaba dos días antes ya me aparecía un castigo por casi el 90% del total de la reserva. Ya que me quede allí hasta que me solucionaron me enviaron a un hotel aliado el cual era bonito y bien ubicado, aunque a más de 2 Km del hotel street 50 pero que no tenía agua. Al otro día me tocó ir al aeropuerto sin bañarme. En todo caso fue un desastre mi estadía de los 4 hoteles que alcance a estar en Medellín durante mi estadía.
